Terms & Conditions - “Top 10 Scorers - Roundtrip Economy Class ticket by Vietnam Airlines to Vietnam or RM50 worth AEON Gift Vouchers via Traveloka” - General Admission
•
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Traveloka 12.12 Super Sale Top Spender Contest (the “Contest”). By participating in this Contest, each participant (“Participant”) hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
•
This Contest is open to all individuals except employees of Traveloka and their immediate family members, partner agencies and consultants involved in this Contest.
•
Participants must be individuals above the age of 18 years old who reside in Malaysia and must possess a valid passport.
•
This Contest runs during the 12.12 Super Sale from 3 December 2025, 120:00A.M. - 12 December 2025, 11:59P.M. (+8 GMT) only (the “Contest Period”) and any submission outside of this period will be considered invalid.
•
Participants must use the Traveloka mobile application (minimum version of 5.25) in order to participate in this Contest.
•
There will be ten (10) winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”), selected based on scores accumulated by participants during the 12.12 Super Sale (“Score”), which will be reflected on a leaderboard (the “Leaderboard”). Participation is voluntary.
•
For every Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100) spent on transactions on Traveloka (excluding taxes, insurance, and other charges), a participant will be awarded 10,000 Score.
•
Participants can view the Leaderboard on the traveloka://user/leaderboard/MYSuperSale1212, which displays the rankings of all eligible participants based on their accumulated Scores. The Leaderboard will be updated periodically during the Contest Period to reflect the latest standings.
•
In the event a booking is refunded after Score have been awarded to the participant, the corresponding Score will be deducted from the participant’s Score.
•
Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
•
Prizes will be awarded to the Winners in the following manner:
• The top scorer, as determined by the final leaderboard standings, shall receive ONE (1) round-trip Economy Class flight ticket which is valid for travel from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to any single destination in Vietnam operated by Vietnam Airlines. The flight ticket permits a maximum of four (4) flight sectors in total and is valid only on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines. The Winner shall be liable for all taxes, security charges and additional fees applicable to the flight ticket. The valid booking and travel periods will be provided to the Winner through email. No form of mileage can be earned from the flight ticket.
• NINE (9) winners in the No. 2 to No. 10 positions on the leaderboard will each receive ONE (1) AEON gift voucher worth RM50.
•
Any out-of-pocket expenses will be borne solely by the respective Winners.
•
All prizes are not combinable with other available promotions.
•
Announcement of the Winners will be made on Traveloka’s official Instagram account via Instagram Stories. Winners will be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis via email.
•
Should there be a failure in verifying any Winner, including but not limited to the winner not responding within seven (7) days of notification by Traveloka, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion, to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.
•
All prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the respective Winners in any other form or manner other than that specified by Traveloka.
•
Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of winner, play of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on the winner. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.
•
By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage. Misuse of a prize is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the prize was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to any applicable terms of use.
•
Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said participant(s).
•
Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at its discretion and/ or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
•
All transactions for the purposes of participation in this Contest must be completed under the same email address the prizes shall be sent to.
•
Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified participants who are deemed to have violated these Terms and Conditions from using future Traveloka vouchers, coupons and/or rewards.
•
Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of this Contest.
•
Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account or Traveloka App or the performance of this Contest may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.
•
The posting, distribution or sale of any prize on any third party sites is strictly prohibited
•
All personal data collected from each participant for the purposes of this Contest will be processed in accordance with Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/ms-my/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Contest, the participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Contest.
•
Save for a participant to this Contest, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Contest pursuant to Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.
•
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
