How to Redeem a Gift Voucher:
Following are the steps to redeem gift voucher:
1. Choose Product
Log in/register on Traveloka site or App and choose a product.
2. Complete Details
Fill in the booking form, review and make sure your details are correct.
3. Proceed to Payment
Continue to the payment page and choose the payment method you prefer.
4. Enter Coupon Code
After selecting payment method, enter and apply the coupon code on “Coupon” section.
5. Complete Payment
Click/tap Pay to complete your transaction
Terms & Conditions

Each gift voucher can be used within one year from the date of issuance or as indicated on the voucher, and can be utilized for booking any travel date with no minimum transaction requirement.
2.
Each gift voucher code is valid for one-time use only. A gift voucher cannot be reused, including when your booking has been refunded.
3.
Multiple coupon codes from a gift voucher can be used together or separate bookings. Gift voucher can also be combined with promo coupon codes.
4.
Each gift voucher issued is valid for the purchase of Hotel, Flight, and/or Xperience products, or as specifically indicated on the voucher.
5.
Gift voucher can be used on Traveloka desktop/mobile site and/or Traveloka App for iOS/Android for any payment method.
6.
By applying the gift voucher, you will earn Traveloka Points based on the discounted price. However, combining your gift voucher with promo code will not earn you Traveloka Points.
7.
If the value of your Gift Voucher is higher than your transaction, you will not get your voucher's remaining balance.
