•
These terms and conditions govern the ““Top Spender - Roundtrip flight tickets to Vietnam with Vietnam Airlines during 10.10 Sale” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
•
The Contest will run from 1 October 2025, 12.00am to 10 October 2025. 11.59pm (GMT+8) (the “10.10 Sale Period”). Any flight bookings that are not within the 10.10 Sale Period will be deemed invalid for the purposes of the Contest.
•
Only individuals who reside in Malaysia, are above 18 years old and possess a valid passport, are eligible to participate in the Contest (“Participants”)
•
Employees of Traveloka, partner agency, consultants and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
•
There will be one (1) winner (the “Winner”), determined as the highest spending user based on the transaction value of flights purchased on the Traveloka mobile application (the “Traveloka App”) during the 10.10 Sale Period. Participation in the Contest is automatic upon booking of a flight on the Traveloka App.
•

Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time (without any prior notice to the Participants). 
•
Refunded bookings will render the user ineligible for the Contest.
•
The Winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

• ONE (1) round trip ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Vietnam by Vietnam Airlines. The Winner is liable for all taxes or security charges applicable to the ticket.
• Booking period: The booking and travel periods will be provided to the Winner through email.

•
Any other out-of-pocket expenses will be borne solely by the Winner.
•
The Prize is only valid on Vietnam Airlines operated flights and tis not redeemable for cash. No form of mileage can be earned.
•
The Prize is non-combinable with other available promotions.
•
Announcement of the Winner will be made on the official Traveloka Instagram Story. Thereafter, the Winner shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis by Traveloka’s Social Media team via email at the email address of the Winner that is registered on the Traveloka App.
•
Should there be a failure in verifying the selected Winner to Traveloka’s satisfaction, including but not limited to the Winner not responding to Traveloka’s email within seven (7) days of notification, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion, to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.
•
The Prize is not transferable to any third party, and the Winner shall be the only individual that is entitled to redeem or utilise the Prize.
•
The Prize is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Winner in any other form or manner other than that specified by Traveloka. 
•
Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of the Winner, play of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on all Participants. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.
•
By participating in this Contest, each Participant agrees to fully indemnify and release Traveloka from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims (including third-party claims) and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or the participation of the Contest including, without limitation, injury, death, and property damage.
•
Each and every Participant (including the Winner) unconditionally agrees to assume and bear full responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accident (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from his/her participation in this Contest, redemption and/or use of the Prize (whichever the case may be). 
•
Participants hereby unconditionally agree that Traveloka is entitled to use any of the materials received during the Contest (including Participant's name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, etc.) for the purpose of advertising, marketing and communications without the need for further consideration to be paid to the said Participant(s).
•
Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at its discretion and/ or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
•
Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified Participants who are deemed to have violated the Contest terms and conditions or have misused the Prize, from using future Traveloka vouchers, coupons and/or rewards.
•
Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision for a Participant’s disqualification made by Traveloka shall be final and the participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever.
•
Any attempt by any person to damage, undermine or compromise any Traveloka account or Traveloka App or the performance of this Contest may be a violation of local laws. Traveloka reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to seek damages and/or any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by local laws.
•
Misuse of the Prize is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the Prize was in error, fraudulent or exploited for commercial gain contrary to any applicable terms of use.
•
The posting, distribution or sale of the Prize on any third party sites is strictly prohibited and shall be considered as a violation of these Terms and Conditions. 
•
Redemption of the Prize is subject to availability and Vietnam Airlines’ applicable terms and conditions and policies.
•
Other applicable terms and conditions are found in https://www.traveloka.com/en-my/promotion/coupon-terms-condition and are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
•
All personal data collected from each Participant for the purposes of this Contest will be processed in accordance with Traveloka Privacy Notice which is available for viewing at https://www.traveloka.com/ms-my/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents to Traveloka processing his/her personal data, contacting the Participant, and managing his/her personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Contest. 
•
No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of Traveloka, any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
•
If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of these terms and conditions to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
•
Save for a Participant to this Contest, no other person shall have any right to enforce any term of this Contest pursuant to Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
•
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Traveloka 10.10 Travel Sale contest (the “Contest”).
•
By participating in this Contest, each participant (“Participant”) hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable terms and conditions and policies of Impiana Hotel Senai, Johor, The Shore Hotel & Residences, and InterContinental Hotels Group.
•
This Contest is open to all individuals EXCEPT employees of Traveloka, partner agencies, consultants and their immediate family members.
•
This Contest runs from 2 October 2025, 10:00 A.M. to 9 October 2025, 11:59 P.M. (GMT +8) only and any submission after this deadline will not be eligible for the Contest.
•
Participants must be individuals above the age of 18 years who reside in Malaysia and must possess a valid passport.
•
To submit a valid entry for this Contest, a Participant must adhere strictly to the instructions stated in the relevant Instagram Post (the “Instructions”). Any entries which do not adhere to the Instructions shall be deemed invalid. 
•
There will be a total of THREE (3) winners (each a “Winner”, and together the “Winners”), selected randomly from Instagram platform only. Participation in this contest is voluntary. 
•
Traveloka reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any time without any prior notice. 
•
Each Winner is entitled to only one (1) of the following prizes, to be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer:
•
(i) a one (1) night stay at Impiana Hotel Senai, Johor;
•
(ii) a one (1) night stay at The Shore Hotel & Residences, Melaka; OR
•
(iii) a one (1) night stay at Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre by IHG, Kuala Lumpur
•
(collectively, the “Prizes”).
•
The Prizes will not be eligible for any transfer, exchange, assignment, refund, replacement or extension under any circumstances. The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
•
Any other out-of-pocket expenses will be borne solely by each Winner respectively.
•
Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on the official Traveloka Instagram account. Thereafter, each Winner shall be contacted by Traveloka on a personal basis by Traveloka’s Social Media team via email. Traveloka shall not be responsible or liable for any Contest-related announcements or communications made on platforms other than the official Traveloka Instagram account. Participants are advised to rely only on information published through Traveloka’s official channels.
•
In the event that Traveloka is unable to verify the identity of any of the selected Winners in a manner which Traveloka deems appropriate, Traveloka reserves the right in its sole discretion to select new winner(s) as it deems fit.
•
The Prizes can only be redeemed by the respective Winners in the form and manner specified by Traveloka. 
•
Traveloka decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of any Winner, mechanics of the Contest and/ or any resolutions made) shall be final, absolute and binding on all Participants, including the Winners. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of Traveloka will be entertained.

Traveloka reserves the right to disqualify and take any other action that Traveloka deems appropriate, including revocation of Prizes, against any Participant who is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. The decision for a Participant’s disqualification and any other action taken by Traveloka shall be final and the Participant concerned shall have no recourse, remedy and/or relief against Traveloka whatsoever.
