Very clean and staff is very helpful

Room was dingy and not very clean, dust and hair everywhere. Didn’t provide slippers and only 1 robe. Had to call for the robe. For the price they are asking you should expect luxury but this was motel quality. Would not recommend.

Dirtier than expected. Stains on the floors and tub looked musty. They ran out of parking and we had to park across the street at the public library and had to pay.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, centrally located.

Staff were amazing- extra big thank you to our check-in gal who upgraded our room to 2 queen beds, instead of 2 doubles when we saw we were a group of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Convenient location, nice room

Self parking is underground and easy to access from the hotel. We didn’t have much hot water in our shower but were quite happy staying there.

They charged us the parking fee twice.

We stay here every time we visit Edmonton. We always enjoy our stay! Very quiet, comfortable rooms and wonderful beds rejuvenate. Close to sites and great room service menu for breakfast in bed!

Excellent hotel. Nicely upscale, plus was given an upgrade. However, I will never understand why hotels insist to have HVAC units that blow cold air across the bed. You are either too hot when the fan is off or freezing when the AC kicks in.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The beds are very comfy.

We enjoyed our trip and stay at The Westin. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, in the same Hotel we stayed at then. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the Hotel itself was clean and smelled fresh. Our room was noisy though, lots of loud voices between the rooms, and the people staying above us, had kids , that appeared to be jumping off the bed lots making it very loud in our room.

Very good hotel in the Centre of the “Arts” district. We were there on a long holiday weekend so almost everything was closed, although food trucks were setting up in the central square for festive celebrations.
