Rude staff. We arrived at midnight and a Do Not Disturb sign was hanging in our door. We asked for security to cine and open the door to make sure it was clear and safe to enter and the desk staff argued with me for 10 minutes and wanted me ti just go back up to the room and open it myself bc she was sure no one was in there and the sign was accidentally placed on the door. After several times of my insisting that she call a manager she finally did 10 minutes later and they got security to open the door. It was fine but at midnight and being women, we didn’t want to open the door alone.

the chairs provided in the hotel are rugged, the carpet did not look to clean, hard time resetting my Marriott password to access the wifi ( no information in the room was provided on how to access the wifi), tables surfaces looked also dirty

I for 1 had a terrible experience. Me and my family left early because of it. It’s been 2 + weeks and I still haven’t been in contact with anyone that was supposed to contact me

The hotel is just old, it needs renovation.

Overall nice experience for the price. I will perhaps consider booking there again, but I do feel like it was slightly overpriced for the age of the amenities and hotel.
