I was able to stay at this establishment due to the weather knocking the power out..The customer service was outstanding though

The only thing I dislike was paying for parking. I think that all guests of the property should be able to park for fee or for a very minimum price per day.

The Westin brand never disappoints

I loved the decor!!!

Bathtub was dirty. They relocated me to a new room and the sheets were dirty. Carpet in the hotel needed a good cleaning and overall upgrade. I expected more considering this was a Westin

This property was on point from the time I checked in at 9:30am ( I thought I had to wait until 3) until I checked out. One of the things I like about Westin is they was there to answer any questions that I had. Wasn’t too many. Parking wasn’t that bad its definitely cheaper than other hotels I stayed at in Atlanta. You can buy your parking pass the whole time you there instead of doing it day by day. $26.88per day or 33.00 per for valet. Only bad thing was I should have told them I wanted the view of the airport not the bushes. Thank you Westin Hotel and Resort at Atlanta Airport. Oh yeah transportation to and from the Airport was smooth. Pick up and drop off was excellent.

Overall great experience, my only complaint is charging guest $5 to deliver food made by the hotel’s chef. That’s a bit ridiculous but great stay.
