The staff were very courteous and attentive. Always at your service with smile. The hotel in general is gorgeous. My room was super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was like having Sunday brunch on a fancy hotel. Every single employee fulfill my expectations. Congratulations to the General Manager, you have an amazing team.

Old but good clean hotell with excellent staff

Stets sauberes Zimmer und gereinigtes Bad, sehr ruhig, sehr bequemes Bett. Personal immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbreit. Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Hotel ist jederzeit zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.

The most friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is the best. Our room to the garden is amazing. We definitely want to stay in this hotel when we come back next time, and for sure to refer to our friends as well.

Location on hill. Tough to walk back up to. Was nice to be near Borghese Gardens though. Decor needs a MAJOR upgrade throughout. Concierge often couldn’t get us dinner or taxi reservations we wanted.

Es un hotel pequeño y cómodo es fresco así que cuando hace frío si necesitas calefacción, la calefacción del baño no servía, la atención del personal es muy buena, en general las instalaciones están bien pero no es un hotel nuevo tiene sus detalles.
