Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge. Bra storlek på rummet, speciell jämfört med andra hotell i London och skön säng. Skönt med en ordentlig, vanlig dörr in till toaletten, ingen glasdörr. Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Här bor vi gärna igen nästa gång vi är i London. Tack för en väldigt trevlig vistelse! Marie & Nicklas

Great location, clean rooms and quiet area

Very clean and attentive staff. Always willing to help. Bathtub drain in room 427 needs to be cleared. Slow draining in ankle feet of water but overall excellent as always. 2nd time there.

Hotel is a little tired Breakfast was good

Although I know you can pay for an early check in, we were there at 2.40 and were told our room wasn’t ready so had to Sit in reception and wait …..it was miraculously ready at almost 3pm on dot! Thought that was a bit petty making us wait Then on the second day we went out for day at 10am and didn’t get back till 3pm as wanted to freshen up before going out again to eat - no sooner had we got in our room than the maid knocked and asked if she could clean /refresh so we declined. I don’t understand why this was done that late in day The hotel was comfortable and breakfast ok

This was a Christmas trip for my Mum, I thought I give her a surprise treat, we booked in on 22nd December, great location as described but I want to say a huge thank you to the staff, warm welcome, swift booking in, the Junior suite was amazing the room was clean and tidy, and such lovely touches like mini bar and Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of towels and soft dressing gowns, and the breakfast was great selection, hot and cold to choose from only drawback a bit hectic around the toaster . Will use this hotel again and would recommend 100 percent, thank you for a perfect start to Christmas, see you soon.

Toller Aufenthalt, alles hat gepasst: Zimmer, Service. Besonders ist die Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!
