staff a+ attention to smal detail make my stay a #1 expérience

Terribly uncomfortable. Sweated all night. No one cared. Booked through Travelocity- got worst room in the hotel.

The night we stayed,there was a band playing.So fun to be able to eat,drink,dance, not drive and go back to our room.Very convenient.Loved breakfast too on site in AM.Keeps life easy and no stress.Had a great weekend getaway

My family of 5 had a nice stay at The Crowne Plaza Boston in Woburn, MA. The room and hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable, great bathroom/shower, TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, closet, and plenty of room for storage. There was a decent restaurant on sight. The only thing I would change is to give complimentary breakfast to everyone in the room. They comp 2 people's breakfast and make the others you are staying with pay for a meal. The restaurant staff didn't seem to know what was going on. It just causes confusion and for some guests to wait for a meal while others already have food from the buffet - just offer complimentary breakfast per room to make it easy and less awkward. Overall, we had a nice stay though.
