I recently stayed at the Ramada in Kamloops and had a really great experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. It made the whole stay feel really welcoming. The facilities were excellent as well. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the room was comfortable and quiet – just what I needed to unwind. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in Kamloops and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Nice place....quiet and safe

The only down side of my stay was the pillows..they were very lumpy

Quiet despite being on a busy street. Free charging for our Tesla. Great curry restaurant across the street.

Housekeeping services on request was something new to us and a bit of challenge. No body wash or shampoo in tub dispensers or extra tissue or TP if you ran out. You had to request replacements or garbage to be emptied. We survived, bed was comfortable and clean and we rested well

Very good services but missing property upgrade. Room is showing sign of prvious glory. Need new paints. There two places to set the HVAC. The central or the individual home unit. Overall, it is quite and people are friendly.

The place is totally run down, rooms have mismatched old furniture, TV did not work, stains on the couch, paint peeling off the shower ceiling. The king bed was super soft and squeaked when you say on it. Horrible experience, this place needs tons of repairs, the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Do not stay here ...ever!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, even a gift for the room of water/snacks. Would recommend.

Reasonable

A run down unclean property that is not adequately cleaned. Breakfast room with air vents that are full of dust and debris blowing overhead of the food stations. Breakfast food not kept hot enough to prevent basic food safety.

The studio room is very nice. The furnishings are old and sparse...the bathtub could use some ajax....bit its still a nice room....i dont stay for the furniture....will return

It was good stay

We requested a basic room for two people, we got a substandard room for one person. Only one night lamp, one chair, one rack for our luggage. Dirty window (lots of bird droppings) facing an attrocious inner courtyard. An empty pop's bottle under the bed. And it was offered for over 200 bucks?!

The bathroom had no room to even dry after a shower.. no counter space for your toiletries... No facecloths. Coffee would not slide in the machine and couldn't get anyone to help me with it. Free breakfast was on the 3rd floor Monday... Tuesday they were closed. When I asked about it the person laughed at me and mentioned it had been closed since forever... yet I ate there yesterday.... breakfast was on the ground floor Tuesday morning so finally able to get a coffee... Not as good of an experience as all the others times i have stayed there. No information package on the table or in the drawer.. Had too google taxi service. Very noisy my last night which woke me up at 2.00 am and kept me up.... tired driving back home to Williams Lake.

Good location to get to downtown or other shopping areas.

Notvery well managed. Standard mini zed. Many broken parts and dirt in the surrounding area. Does not look like environmentally safe to stay. Staff were excellent .Cooperative, but the premises not to the standard.
