Room was clean and great

Room was clean and hotel was quiet despite a busy Saturday night with Christmas parties, etc. despite 90% occupancy. Pool was very warm… so warm my wife even went in.

We paid 80 dollars for breakfast which should have been free? Staff was great, parking was good,bathroom could have been cleaner in the shower but over all good

They didn’t clean our room one day and we had to call to get clean towels. The hot tub was almost too hot to sit in. It was almost intolerable.

The location is the main reason for price “premium”. For the quality of rooms (which would benefit from update/refurbishing) price is too high. A/C heating was not functioning well. Friendly snd helpful staff.

Very clean, staff friendly, enjoyed the gym and the pool. Situated in the heart of the city. Great to be able to walk the harbour.

The box spring had dark stains on it and the couch had a stain quite noticeable. Everything else was very clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean. Property location is prime! Walk around the harbour, dining and shopping options close by!

The room and facilities were cleaned and well maintained. breakfasts were outstanding, next time I’ll bring my golf clubs try out the simulator.
