La ubicación es muy buena, creo que el costo de 70 dólares más 50 dólares de resort fee por día es excesivo. El hotel está bien cuidado aunque se nota un poco viejo.

Unfortunately this property doesn't live up to its reputation or its price. I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights costing around $10000AUD.(Not including any dining/room service) The rooms were tired and need a refurb. the shower is very difficult to use as the glass door and wall don't allow you to turn the shower on unless you are standing right underneath it ......We arrived late in the evening and had left our toothpaste at our previous accommodation. I expected to find a small toothpaste tube and brush in the bathroom , but no such luck. There is a bar fridge that is empty, and an empty water bottle and 2 glasses supplied. To fill the bottle , you need to walk to the end of the hallway near the lifts. and speaking of the lifts, when we arrived , the lifts were not working , and we had to ask several staff how we can get to our room. We were eventually directed to the staff lifts, which were very dirty and hard to get due to demand. One of the guest lifts was operating for 4 days and on our last 2 days , the guest lifts were both out of order and it was back to using the staff lifts again. as they were the only lifts working in the building ,they were very slow , due to accommodating the cleaners , porters and guests. On the way to the airport yesterday , the cab driver told us that the Fairmont Miramar was due to close soon for a total refurbishment, which it TOTALLY needs. Very disappointed with our stay at such a historic Hotel.

Location is amazing and great restaurants. But hotel in general is tired. Elevator breakdowns, HVAC temperamental, schedule king bed but got queen size, our room and bathroom was very tight.

Fantastic friendly staff, clean and comfortable, highly recommended!

Excellent location close to good restaurants and shopping places. Close to the pier. Beautiful hotel design and clean friendly staff and great rooms.

We had to keave the hotel due to the evacuation order when the gires spread. Stayed only a few hours. However, in a strainef sutuation the staff handeled everything well and were very helpful

The Fairmont told me they were fully booked. No rooms. How do I get a refund?

We really enjoyed the gym amenities .. true california vibes with out door area. Our rooms had beautiful balconies overlooking.p9ol and bungalow areas with lush landscaping was very well done. We did not eat at restautant as all reservationa were full for the new year feativities but thats ok. we only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed.longer!

Disappointed with the service and our room. Our room was freezing the entire time and we were so uncomfortable. We had to maintenance people come and “fix” it and it didnt work. Finally the maintenance guy said change rooms because it might not be fixable… which was on our last night. I wish they had changed our room the first night.

The front desk staff, specifically Brianna, are the best. The check in was fantastic and it was very nice to be remembered from a previous visit (and welcomed back!). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

great location by the beach, unfortunately the phone and TV were not working in our room and the elevator was very slow...resort is tired and beautiful and the staff were amazing as was the restaurants...

Perfect location to enjoy everything Santa Monica has to offer (walkable and convenient). The hotel restaurant has excellent food and service
