good place to stay while traveling

No closet, board attached to the wall with hooks and hangar rod and the door consisted of curtains. One one could pass between the bed and the desk. For the money it fell short. Do not recommend this hotel.

The gentleman that helped me at the front desk was very pleasant, and super sweet. He asked about my visit to TN, where was from and genuinely cared! Great job!!

The actual facility is fine BUT the road noise was extremely loud and the heater had loud clank every time it turned on. Very loud. We did not get much sleep.

Broken toilet- would not flush. Staff didn’t seem to care. No bags in pet area - dispenser empty. We had to use lobby bathroom and it was filthy.

Excellent reps at the desk when I checked in and checked out. Extremely polite and helpful. Great rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast. I highly recommend folks stay at this hotel.

I stay at this location based on distance I’m traveling, and closeness to food/shopping/entertainment. I book the suite that has a sitting area since my child prefers a couch over a bed when traveling. There’s ample space for all of our stuff (habitual over packer), even a sitting area that we can sit together to eat (so many others we have to take turns at the desk). The bed is comfortable, plenty of counter space, nicely decorated. I also LOVE the complimentary shower items by Zero. Only complaints I had but did not notify anyone about is the stopper missing from the sink drain, drapes in both rooms were damaged either off the track or other, random hairs (looked pet), and the shower floor looked like either mold or missing paint-I really am no expert but gave me the ick. For 1 night, I didn’t have time to complain and get shuffled around after getting jerked around with our to-go dinner order on the other side of town. Room is showing it’s age as many things that were wearing, were the same as last time I was in that same room and more or worse. Rooms really need a monthly deep clean when they’re not being used. End result: staff has always been pleasant, it’s convenient (but can be loud close to the highway so be warned), includes great amenities, feels safe to me, close to a hospital, so I will stay again.

The hotel was nice and room was comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, except the interstate truck noise was a bit loud. It disturbed my wife's sleep.
