The food was great at the hotel, and the staff made the experience 5 star! Highly recommended!

I traveled to St. Louis with my two kids (5 and 2 years old). At check in they booked a king bed though I requested 2 queens. They corrected this promptly for me. My kids and I enjoyed the pool which was very nice. The smell of cigarettes lingered in some areas of the hotel which was probably my only complaint. The shuttle to the airport was a very nice perk. The room was spacious and clean. Starbucks and a number of eateries are within walking distance. I plan to stay at the Sheraton again in the future whenever I am visiting my family there.

Old rooms, property old, stains on comforter. Weeds and trash around pool. Towels were left all over the place, not maintained at all. No restaurant to speak of bar didn’t open until 4/5. No waters in sundries area never filled machine. Needs a complete revamp….

The remodeled room we stayed in was very nice. Loved the size of the bathroom.

The cover we got for a friend to have was covered in mold on the inside. They refunded our money for that reason other than that very clean and no ther problems

The ceiling of my room had a trace of leaking, the elevator was very old. But the staff were friendly and polite. So if I rate the hotel with stars from 1 to 5, 2 for the property, 4 for the service.

It is not more than a Motel , it has not been manaaged well the rooms are old , the lift is 1900 style and it looks shaddy . I would not recommend it for visit

The check in process was easy enough and the staff was friendly. The property is an older hotel which explains the need for updating. The ballroom has beautiful chandeliers and they serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby area which was cool. The view from our room with a balcony overlooking the pool and nice pond would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t closed or off limits. Overall the stay was just ok.

Everywhere we walked in and out of the hotel smelled like weed smoke and hotel was dirty.

The room was dirty. The room needed maintenance. The bathroom needed calking. The wall needed repair in multiple locations. The charging outlet was broken. The front entrance and patio were disgusting. We reserved a king room and they attempted to give us a full size bed.

Property is very nice , although my room was sub par, not very clean at all . The carpeted were extremely dirty , sticky . The bathrooms were ok . For the money I paid for one night , I don’t feel it was worth it .

No pool for children it was drained

Everything was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. The room, pool and facilities were extremely clean. I’m ready to go back..
