Lovely, beautiful Hotel. Staff member were so helpful and friendly! Only downside was, elevators were not working nor the ice machine.

Hotel bonito, pésimo restaurante, habitación con oportunidades, pero estancia a gusto.

Las habitaciones necesitan una muy buena remodelación están muy viejas y anticuadas, la alfombra sucia y con olores raros, la tina vieja y resbalosa necesitan trabajar mucho en eso ya que sus precios lo amerita

Muy atentos, lindo hotel, bufete de fin de semana muy rico En vacaciones o puente deberían tener el bufet de desayuno como Sugerencia

Es muy lindo y todo el personal muy amable y atento, lo único que parami el precio del restaurante es un poco caro. Otra cosa que parecía que las cortinas del baño estaban sucias y el tubo muy oxidado

Excelente servicio y atención

Desde hace algunos años algunas habitaciones tienen el problema que el seguro de las ventanas no sirve y sigue de la misma forma, las habitaciones son demasiado obscuras, para un adulto mayor, esto es complicado, ojala pudieran hacer lago al respecto, porque ña propiedad tampoco cuenta con instalaciones para discapacitados y es terrible

El lugar es espectacular y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Staff was amazing! I only slept for the night and wish I would have enjoyed the breakfast but had to leave early! I took a bit time to walk around and it was Beautiful!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I went to a New Years event and their vegan options were amazing. Their drinks there were also delicious.
