Perfect location next to Luxembourg airport. Tram from train also drops off walking distance to hotel. Good helpful staff. Would do the same again fro easy airport via Luxembourg calm terminal

Lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff.

Honestly, I was expecting much more from this place. I’ve stayed at several NH hotels before, and this was by far one of my least favorite. The hallways felt quite outdated, and while the rooms were decent, the overall ambiance was just average. That said, the staff were incredibly kind and truly outstanding—definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the airport, and the price was quite reasonable. Overall, it was a good stay, but it didn’t live up to my expectations compared to other NH properties.

Tout est toujours parfait à l'hôtel NH. Juste à côté de l'aéroport, l'établissement est très beau, tout et propre, de nombreux services et attentions sont proposés tant à l'accueil (fruits, eau citronné...)que dans la chambre (thé, café, eau, lait pour le corps, bouchons d'oreilles, charlotte pour les cheveux....). Le personnel est aussi professionnel qu'agréable. Je recommande vivement !!!

Lovely hotel right next to the airport, clean with amazing customer service. We came well before check in time, which was very kind of them. The receptionist also told us how to get transportation to city centre and Trier. For a quick stopover in Luxembourg highly recommended it

Chambre très propre, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. Petites attentions : fruit, eau, bonbons...Restauration excellente. A recommander les yeux fermés !

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy tram access to Luxembourg City Centre in under 30 minutes. However, breakfast needs improvement—the selection is limited and the quality is below expectations. Reception service was inconsistent: we were mistakenly charged twice despite prepayment, with no goodwill gesture offered, and there was conflicting information about Sunday late check-out (Wi-Fi portal suggested up to 17:00, while staff quoted a €16 fee after 15:00). The room was also cold, and the AC did not work properly. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent, with very good food and friendly service—much better than the breakfast team’s attitude.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to airport and free transport to centre of the city so it was a good location. Breakfast was nice, not the biggest vegan selection but there were some things and everything was labelled. A great range of juices.

Bel hôtel, emplacement top, face a l’aéroport, avec un parking. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Beaucoup de choses ont changé concernant le petit déjeuner depuis que je suis venue. Ça change mais pas dans le bon sens.

Absolutely amazing! No noise whatsoever from the outside. 5 min walk to the airport. 30 min by direct tram or bus to the city centre. Public transport is free. The coffee machine might not work the first time, try pressing down the lid and the water tank. The reception staff are super friendly.

Very attentive and friendly staffs. Room's amenities are excellent. Provided everything you may need without even need you to ask.
