All was great. No problems at all. Stay at rhe souble tree and get your nice hot cookies Delicious!!!

Room was spacious clean and well equipped. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Cookies upon check in were yummy. Great tv selections

The walkway leading to the front door needs to be power washed and swept routinely. Have ice makers working on all floors--7th floor was not operational. The complimentary coffee and cookies were excellent and if there was a restaurant, we did not see it.

Too easy to drive past property without seeing sign for hotel. staff was very helpful and answered all questions prompptly

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Good value. Conveniently close to Brandywine area museums.

The front desk was efficient and friendly. However, the room was not super clean. There were hairs in the tub, bed and carpet. The TV didn’t work and even after asking 3 times, no one came to fix it or offer another solution. This was an average 3 star experience and I felt let down with my t being a Hilton property.

The staff were wonderful; friendly, professional, knowledgable.

The hotel overall was good. For some reason the first floor by the elevator had a very nasty and weird smell like a sewer leak.

The bed was comfortabe, the room was quiet, the TV was large, the lamps had plugs that made charging devices easier. However the carpeting was old,the bathtub drain was rusty, the marble on the night table was stained.

Love the property. It was very convenient, close to main highway. Close to shopping. Only negative, elevators were abit slow. Other than that no major hiccups. Will stay there again.

Extremely comfortable rooms and bed. Check in and check out quick and easy. Clean and quiet. Plenty of things to do and places to shop and eat.
