I chose this property for convenience to my family while in town. The staff was wonderful. My room was less than desirable. A lot of water stains in the ceiling and the room felt damp and the furniture felt tired.

Just an overnight so I could attend a family graduation party. Would go back. Great shopping across the street with plenty of dining options!

Very quiet and relaxing

Stayed one night. We came late and left early but it was nice and breakfast was good.

Staff was excellent. Nice room. Breakfast was fine, not great. This is a little detail, but if you look at the photo, flanking your main entrance with dead plants does not give a good first impression.😉

The lobby warm and inviting nicely done, very friendly helpful staff. Housekeeping came by everyday even just for a little refill. Great location! Love the mall across the street! So convenient! Room was in good shape too!

I liked my stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel facilities are top notch, but my room in particular seemed used and abused. It was clean but just needed a paint job and some deep cleaning in the bathroom (tiles, for example), but it was manageable! The best part for me was actually its proximity to shopping and highways—that was helpful. I’d stay here again, but it wouldn’t be my #1 choice!

Excellent front desk staff!!

We had 4 people in the room and only had towels for 3 no matter how many times we asked. The first third and fourth day they didnt make the bed or do any cleaning other than removing trash. Overall the trip was made worse by staying in this hotel!

Love it

The property was clean and comfortable. The dining was very limited though the person staffing the breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I do not like the policy of automatically charging an additional $50 to my credit card to hold for 7 business days when we had a one night stay and pre paid the room. That really is a turn off. Hold my card number but do not charge me and hold the charge for a week when I didn't purchase any incidentals or break anything. It was nice and clean though.

Overall the property is nice. The property does need updated with new beds, newer TV’s and maybe smart TV’s. I’ve stayed here several times and some updates would do wonders here.

Staff very nice.

I have stayed here often but this time was different. I had an adjoining room and someone in the other room kept messing with the door. It woke me up and frightened me. They did this several times. Also, the mattress was terrible. I am not sure I will stay here again when visiting family. I told the front desk but they just said sorry!!

Hotel room was clean. staff was friendly. Groundfloor curtains didn't close all the way which was off putting, and the drive in the hotel genuinely made me question if the hotel still existed.

Very nice hotel. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Would recommend!
