Everything was a very terrible experience

I don't know why there are complaints about the food. It was excellent! Many choices if you want American food or Mexican. The waiters were awesome and always there to get you drinks or anything else. The beach was beautiful and sandy, no rocks at all except where the property line was marked. Pools were nice. Night time show was fun and ended by 10 pm so no noise problems after that. Fun walk along a river/pond that does have an alligator in residence. Had no problem finding a pool side chair, but the ones on the beach were usually taken. Loved it here and would come back again.

A pleasant stay, thank you! Very family friendly and comfortable, with delicious food, excellent drinks, and friendly staff. The facilities need some love (e.g., the pool tiles are coming off, there is damage from wear and tear in places), but the staff ensure it is all kept clean and comfortable. Happy that we chose this resort.

Bonito el hotel, limpio y ordenado, solo que no dejan comer en ningún lado del hotel, solo en los restaurants

Horrible so many rules the good terrible never never again

No parking if you rent a car and they can call you 1 or 2 am to move it. To much noise some areas at 4rd floor very late at night and very early in the morning too if you stay close to the area the workers pass. Not happy for my 3 night no sleep, no rest

Spent 6 days here and we were very pleased with the quality of service.

It is a pleasant place to stay if on a budget or even going for a less than 3 days. But for preference there were a lot of things I would have changed. 1st they have so many rules for it to be an outdated hotel 2nd They provide 2 room keys and to have fresh air in the room a key has to be connected to a scanner the whole time for the air to stay on. 3rd They have a crocodile by the beach in a pond of water. So when it rained the crocodile went into the ocean. 4th the food is not the best they have some dishes that are okay but not wow. 5th you have to pay for Mariscos (it was good)

No it what I had expected from viewing pictures on line. It was okay, but I would have fathered stayed at a nicer resort for my first time to PVR. Rooms are small and had a musty smell. We found a slug in our room on the last morning before check out. All inclusive drinks were not very good. It rained a lot and the front of the hotel flooded, after shopping in town we had to walk in the nasty water. I wouldn’t stay here.

Would not stay here left after one night, The Ac did not work, they has a open window in the bathroom that didn't close., it was open wood latts it let all the mosquitoes into your room

The food options were very limited, especially for my kids (9 and 13).

El personal muy amable, las actividades que tiene el hotel todos los días son divertidas y añaden un plus, lo único que en lo personal no me gustó fue la comida. Un poco insípida la verdad y realmente no la varían, prácticamente es lo mismo todos los días. Sólo agregan un platillo diferente a la hora de la comida y la cena pero el buffet es lo mismo todos los días.. los drinks debes pedirlos con doble shot para que te sepan porque si no, solamente te saben dulces.!!!!

Ac didn’t work in our room even after they came to fix it Staff were very un pleasant ( maybe not happy with work conditions) vent in bathroom will let all bugs in the room especially mosquitoes woke up with bites all Over me Safe in room no good if you want to call it a safe I would definitely not recommend this so called resort!!!!!!!! We left after a day even tho we paid for 7 days ! (Not happy on vacation)

Brenda and Estphanie were the highlight of this resort — fun, kind, and gave excellent massages. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Check-in was awkward. The front desk told us the snack bar cost extra (not true) and acted confused when we asked for two room keys. No one warned us about crocodiles on the beach — we saw two in three days, including near the volleyball court. It’s a safety hazard with no fencing. Our first room had mold on a mattress, dirty floors, sand in the beds, and a filthy bathroom. Staff tried to charge us to switch rooms until I showed them photos. The beach was also a letdown: broken bottles, garbage, and fishing hooks dangerously left in the rocks. I was stung by a blue button jellyfish and the first aid staff made it worse by using ice water — not proper medical treatment. Breakfast lines were long, toaster electrocutes you, and staff were rude. When I tried to get food from the snack bar at 11, even though the food laid out ready at the snack bar, I was yelled at and kicked out and told to wait an hour to eat. The nightly shows were entirely in Spanish, with no effort to include non-Spanish speakers — we weren’t even told the safety rules. At checkout, they remove your wristband and you’re no longer allowed to use any facilities. The “day pass” offer felt like a joke. I’ve never cried on a vacation before — this place did it twice. Avoid this resort if you’ve ever been on a real vacation. I truly regret coming here.

Not swanky, bougey or the place to go for your dream vacation. The place needs some updated, the food is just OK and it lacks some amenities like fitness centre. But, I was looking for a quiet place to lay low for a few days and decompress. It's perfect for that. Quiet, clean and very friendly staff.

La playa es muy linda, al igual que las albercas y el jacuzzi, sin embargo creo que es pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes, la comida no es muy variada y me parece inaceptable que no tengan servicio de enfermería o de un médico en el hotel
