Our stay was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect!

Elevators were a challenge

Beautiful Hotel, excellent Facility and staff

Easiest hotel check in I've ever experienced. I showed up, they asked for a picture ID and handed me the room card. I don't have to give a credit card deposit or sign anything. The staff was friendly and the hotel and room were nice. I read other reviews about the parking deck so I had no trouble with it. I will stay here again.

The toilet was broken. After flushing the toilet kept running. My husband had to keep fixing it after every flush. There was only one elevator up and running. On the positive side. The room was clean, bed comfortable (could use an update) I would love to give it a 5 because of the hospitality. The front staff is absolutely amazing. I wished I got everyone name. Upon checkout I did get Will name. He worked with two other young ladies that was also amazing. They was so helpful, and engaged with us. The room are a bit lacking. Your front staffs bridge the gap. Thank you for such great customer service.

The valet staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and convenient. I appreciated all they did!

There is only one elevator running for 16 floors. The water in the shower would constantly fluctuate between hot and cold. When I was checked in the concierge double billed me and it still hasn't fallen off 4 days later. I will never come back to this property

Restaurant - good food, range of choices (not everything is pub fare), quiet dining area, helpful servers. Quiet - given the location by the airport. Location - don't believe your GPS! U turn mid-causeway is not fun for the timid driver. Self Parking - easy. big not fast. Maintenance - issues w/ elevator repair issues (mid Feb '25).

This hotel is dated and didn’t provide any internet service for Business travelers and you have to pay for parking

I didn’t like that you have to pay to park if you’re staying at the hotel.

The beds were miserably uncomfortable, only 1 working elevator so waiting 5 minutes was normal, there is NO pool. Would not recommend and honestly shocked this was a Marriott hotel with how awful it was.

This is hands-down my favorite Metairie Hotel. I have stayed here multiple times over the years and always great and friendly service.
