This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this hotel and each time it’s been great.

The pool is quite small and the hot tub wasn't much warmer than bath water, but with all of the children in there it's a good thing. The rest of the hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk crew were extremely professional, and very kind.

The hotel was very nice and those free delicious freshly baked cookies is amazing plus!

Love this place.

Great view from room looking over the atrium. Love the chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Room was large, nicely appointed, and comfortable.

We were upgraded to a king suite. The room and hotel are clean and well kept. Love the location and amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.

It takes me down a bit when I stay at a nice hotel and they want to charge me for $2.50 for bottled water in my room and $3.50 for coffee in the lobby. I know it's not much, but they probably pay less than 50 cents for the water and how much can a cup of coffee really cost them? The staff was EXCELLANT and the room was very nice in every way. I just don't get them gouging me for a cup of coffee. I am going back to Minneaplois in a couple weeks and food a comparable room that includes coffee AND breakfast.

Clean. Helpful staff. Over a month ago, requested adjoining rooms but did NOT get it. I wouldn't have requested the more expensive adjoining suite Had I known the room nezt door wouldn't be accommodated.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Service both at reception and on the phone lacked in knowledge and prompt service. Restaurant/bar was dark and uninviting.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, great options for food and shopping in the vicinity of the hotel.

Some of the accessories weren’t in good working condition

I need $50.00 refund for the day i checked in. Also why the charged $250 on my account ? Why why why ????

Amazing service and comfort! The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Our neighbors were partying loudly at 11pm and the front desk was fast at addressing the issue, so it was quiet again.
