great that i had a mountain view room. the view was amazing, the room was big and comfortable. the room was cleaned diligently. would have liked a few glasses in the room.

The property has a great location. It is an 8 minute drive from the airport, and about an 8 minute drive to the waterfront. The property sits right off I-89 which is also a bonus.

Very helpful and friendly front desk, check in/out fast and efficient. Room was spotless, bed super comfortable. Great stay!

Housekeeping was not daily

I stayed here for the Vermont City Marathon. They had shuttle service to and from the start/finish line. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel. Not nice that the folks in the room next door were partying until 3 am.

Vary clean

Very quiet, very friendly. Comfortable. A bit hard to control AC and housekeeping didn't replenish in-room coffee service for our second night, but these were very minor.

When I arrived at the hotel after 11 p.m. following a trip of over five hours, I was assigned a room on the third floor. When I checked in, they did not tell me how to get to the third floor, so I took the nearest elevator. Once on the third floor, I realized that the room number I had been given did not exist in that area. I had to go back down to the first floor and ask the front desk where my room was. They told me it was in another building that didn’t have an elevator, and I would have to take the stairs. the floors were loose and old—you could feel them slightly sinking when you walked. There was also a terrible smell coming from the carpets, both in the hallways and in the room. The carpets were poorly cleaned and gave off a horrible odor. The service at the front desk was awful

The hotel needs an update. It had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was full of mildew, and overall was just not clean. We did not walk in room without shoes on! The staff were super friendly, but we will never stay here again. Our daughter attends UVM. We stayed one night only.

Great location and great facilities. It was very easy to get everywhere around Burlington from the property. The room was excellent, and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again during a return trip to Burlington.

Staff was very nice but doors didnt completely close on their own and room was a little dirty. Still a very good stay

I liked the location, the walkability of the property and the breakfast in the morning. I also liked the fitness center.
