A very comfortable hotel, with excellent service, and attractive public areas. Convenient for the tram and Casa Port rail station.The staff were welcoming, approachable, friendly, helpful..altogether very professional. The room, too, was comfortable, spacious, quiet, very clean as you would expect from a Hyatt, though I would appreciate USB ports in the room, in addition to the plug sockets. Breakfast buffet was excellent, in the attractive, plush restaurant, and the gym facilities are excellent too.

The room is extremely old, carpets, curtains is from 2nd world war. When you enter the room a very bad moisture odor welcomes you, windows are not opened so no way to get fresh air to clean the room atmosphere. No plugs near the bed is an evidence of a old hotel, toilet, bed all is old. Only good thing is breakfast, hotel totally doesn’t deserve this price.

tout simplement médiocre, je crois que c’est la première fois que je me suis senti autant déçu , à mon arrivée il m’informe que le prix est différent de celui de ma réservation, bref ! trop fatigué pour discuter j’accepte sans problème. concernant l’hôtel en soi je m’attendais à une vue magnifique sur la mosquée , en échange j’ai eu le droit a une magnifique vue sur le parking et tramway, le jour avant la fin d’année, je suis invité à réserver dans leur restaurant pour un dîner de fin d’année . J’accepte à condition de pouvoir annuler si on était pas disponibles , malheureusement il m’ont jamais remboursé , 😤

Staff were amazing, kind and V available at any time. Great location ! In the middle of a popular place near of a souk. Safe place! I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay

Staff was lovely, hotel is impressive, but unfortunately the room was a little run down and needed better cleaning (stains and marks on furniture including bed frame).

Good hotel clean and co fortable , good breakfast

Property is a bit tired - like most of Casablanca - but the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Big shout out to the spa staff who effectively reopened the pool and pool service facilities during our stay.

This hotel is very centrally located, convenient for business or tourism. The fixtures are slightly dated, but everything is well maintained. The gym is very good and modern. The food here was outstanding - great breakfast buffet, very decent lunch in the lobby lounge, and a wonderful Moroccan restaurant for dinner. Very warm and friendly service.
