Great, have everything we need

Nice, clean and quiet property, friendly staff. 10 minutes or so from the airport, easily accessible. In the process of property maintenance but not a bother to guests. Breakfast is adequate. Beds are comfortable.

The room was decent after a rough check in/start with computer glitches. Staff was plesant and friendly.

The hotel was under renovation. It seemed like they were repainting the entire property at the same time. We arrived on a Thursday evening and found our windows covered in plastic wrap, paint chips scrapped from the exterior walls everywhere, piles of them swept together and not picked up. Additionally, there were regular 1-gallon paint cans blocking the parking spaces. Very hard to see at night and not a safe way to block the spots. After 24 hours of no painting activity, we moved them out of the way so we could park next to our unit. The shower/bath switch didn’t work so shower use only. We did not address the issues during our stay as we were on the run the entire stay. The interaction we had with the staff at the desk and breakfast was pleasant.

The room was a great size. The pool was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However…. This property is in need of a complete rehab. The bathrooms are old and the bathtub was rusty and didn’t drain properly. The refrigerator was damaged and missing parts. The pool rarely had towels. The trash sat outside from the previous guests and 3 days later was filled with magots. Very gross trash was outside most rooms for several days before removed. I enjoyed the stay but you need more help servicing the trash and rooms.

Das Hotel war schlichtweg nicht wie auf der hotel.com Seite angepriesen. Es war aktuell in Renovierung. Überall lagen Müll, alte Mülltüten, ange gegessen Orangen auf dem Weg. Die Treppen waren teilweise kaputt. Gegenstände lagen Herumesser nicht aus, als könnte man hier aktuell gestern empfangen. Wir haben das Hotel sofort wieder verlassen und haben nicht übernachtet. Die Betten schienen auch nicht frisch gemacht, sondern waren sehr verkrüppelt. Im Bad waren Haare und überall weg. Die Küche brauchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich, die Bilder des Pools sind nicht die des echten Pools, der ist eher ein Verschlag und nicht ein ordentliches Schwimmbad. insgesamt ein absolutes katastrophales Hotel und überhaupt nicht dem, wie es auf Hotels.com zu finden ist.

The reservation system was down when we arrived to check-in, which would have only been mildly inconvenient - however, we were placed in a second story room with only stair access, no elevator available which was not feasible as my father cannot climb stairs. When we asked for a first story room, we were told none were available. Then, when we drove to the building our room was in, the surrounding parking available was blocked off with ropes and empty paint buckets - the outside of the complex was taped off for painting - and I could not park my father who has difficulty walking and cannot climb stairs anywhere near the building. We turned back around and immediately checked out without staying.

Shabby but fine for the price

Comfy beds. Lots of space! Decent breakfast. Not as clean as I would like. Stains on the carpet, mold in the bathrooms, cobwebs in the corners, and a lot of dust in the vents.

I filled out a complaint ticket with Sonesta and also emailed the manager and heard NOTHING BACK. The hotel was booked, along with all other hotels in the area. Was there for a lacrosse tournament. Our room was overrun with Ants, our fridge was broken and one is the toilets was clogged and broken upon arrival and stayed that way for 2 days. They said they would spray for the ants. We left the room, came back to find our room was left completely open by staff. They had entered and left the bug spray. But there were still ants everywhere. We ended up spraying OURSELVES!! We made the front staff aware of the issues. It felt like they just didn't care. We literally had no where else to go, or i would have. Upon checkout, i had inquired if we could at least receive some type of credit. They said email the manager. I did... and heard nothing back in return. I even called corporate and filed a ticket and heard nothing. Horrid experience

We needed an early checkin because we had two small children. The staff worked quickly to get us in several hours before schedule. The bed was very comfortable and the studio was a good size for a family. Nice kitchenette with all amenities. Could have used more dishes/silverware. I would suggest a broom so we could pick up after ouselves. The "yard" in the brochure turned out to be a basketball court. A play yard for small children would be nice. The pool is large. It looked cloudy to us, so we didn't use it. The lobby, breakfast area is clean, brigbt and well provisioned. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it.

Room was dirty, multiple stains on the rug, dirt in places. We could also hear through the ceiling and walls, it was pretty noisy.

Really nice place. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. It's about a 10 minute drive from Higher Ground, which worked out perfectly since I caught a show there. Nice quiet location. The pool was nice and warm. Went to bed thinking how nice and quiet it was in the room but then I woke up to a crying baby at 5:30am from the room above me. Otherwise it was a really nice stay, would definitely stay here again.

The staff was awesome. Very efficient and attentive. Unfortunately the hotel room was dirty, the landscaping was non-existent and there is no soundproofing so it was very noisy overhead.

I stayed at Sonesta and was disappointed that the bathroom had a strong odor finding it to be black mold in the tub shower. This is something that could have been solved with bleach. I was examining the dishwasher and there was dirty dishes and food in the dishwasher from the previous guest. I forgot my dirty laundry in the closet and called about checking the lost and found. The front desk took my number and never returned my phone call. Basic hygiene and customer service/courtesy were not met. Don’t forget your stuff here

The hotel is in a great spot close to lots of restaurants and main attractions.The staff at check-in was great, friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Unfortunately, the bathroom had some problems. The drain was very slow, and one of the main lights didn’t work, so I had to shower in the dark. A bit more attention to maintenance would make a big difference.
