Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel

You advertise as one of the amenities of the hotel is "shuttle service" to destinations within a 5 mile radius. Sheraton claims that you were notified that there was NO SHUTTLE but it remains in your description of the hotel. We had no car so we chose the hotel for the shuttle service feature.

Nice place

Happy that I got an early check-in and that my room had a balcony. Staff was friendly and Mario in the restaurant got me a cold beer even though the bar was closed and the Egyptian gal was also very nice. The room did not have a microwave.

I picked the right hotel for a 10 PM. Check-in. I decided to stay 2 nights. It was so nice.The fire pits in evening were beautiful

Great location, felt a little dated

We stayed for 3 nights and were visiting my son, his wife, and out grandson watch day. We also visited with friends. Since we lived in this area for many years, we were we acquainted with shopping areas and places to dine.

We asked about having an early check in, and were able to be helped with that, no problems. Everything with check in and check out went smoothly, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was dirty. My tub was full of hair.

I like the hotel, it is clean, in a very nice area but people must know that there are no many dining options within walking distance. You will need a car or Uber, which is quite expensive in California. We rented a car and it was more convenient to move around.

The gal who checked me in was amazing. I had a small issue lost credit cards and she worked it out with my son for payment. They were completely sold out of rooms as well as everyone else in town for father's day weekend. Top notch staff

Lobby and back patio were really nice. Great scenery in the area. Especially if from out of town like from the east! Staff were exceptionally polite and courteous.

Front desk staff were all very nice! Loved the pool area and the suites are very spacious. Would have given a higher rating if housekeeping did a better job. Every day they gave us less clean towels and there were 5 of us. Restaurant on site looked good, but we had already had plans. Bar is nice too!
