All was good

We had the most wonderful stay. It was only short but it was my daughter’s 3rd birthday over Easter weekend. They spoilt us with a lovely room upgrade and A teddy for my daughter. Room service was impeccable and customer service from start to finish was 10/10. Will definitely be staying again soon.

Great hotel. Conveniently located to explore the city. A block away from transportation and city tour buses. The only note for this hotel is that on the 2nd and 6th floors they allow guests to smoke on their balconies. There is no guarantee that if your room is located in these floors, it won’t smell like cigarettes. That was our case. They acknowledged it and gave us an upgrade. So make sure to ask to stay away from these 2 floors. Everything else was great. Amazing staff.

Notre base à Londres depuis plus de 10 ans. Toujours aussi bien. Accueil, chambre, restauration, prestations diverses, excellents. Idéalement placé à 2 minutes de Green Park, à moins d'1/4H de St Pancras Station, parfait pour nos escapades londoniennes.

Once you go The May Fair, your standards go higher. The experience was fantastic. Most of the staff were welcoming, genuinely kind and nice (there is always someone that breaks the vibe tho) The food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely come back 💌

Guter Service, nettes aufmerksames Personal, Zimmer sind etwas schmuddelig und unpersönlich, grosse Baustelle vor dem Fenster, Minibar nicht gefüllt, Toilettenform für den Zweck nahe der Funktionslosigkeit. Für die Lage ist das Hotel als günstig zu bezeichnen.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.

Lovely staff and service. They are doing a good job changing th e persona of the hotel environment especially in the Mayfair Bar where over the past 20 years has been a club at nights and has made it a much more social and comfortable environment even at night while keeping it hip but not trashy .

It is very conveniently located for central London. The rooms are incredibly spacious and it is exceptionally clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.
