The best Hotel to stay in Cali

Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Lo que me gusta más es la piscina donde se puede nadar. La terraza muy agradable. Ambiente fenomenal con el partido de la copa del mundo Colombia - Suiza. Buena eleccion de restaurantes en sitio. Lo van a modernizar; esta bien. Espero que los precios no subiran demasiado.

It’s a dated hotel. The gym is unusable. The decor is from the 1980’s, no hotel boutique. The good is ok.

Hotel muy cómodo, agradable, personal atento y muy bien ubicado

The people at the front desk are inept and couldn't find my reservation. Then once we checked in we got stuck in the elevator because it shut down. Wasn't very impressed.

I highly recommended this hotel. It's beautiful, the staff is exceptional, they go above and beyond and make sure your stay is pleasant. They have a very nice breakfast buffet and nice restaurants and amenities within. Loved it!

El servicio de restaurante y piscina debe mejorar. No es bueno , es deficiente y nadie te dice que un pedido de una pizza en día sábado se toma una hora. Nadie está atento para ver que se necesita en mesa. El check in es largo . Te dan botellas de agua. En la piscina nadie te ofrece toallas y tampoco te dicen que deben pedirse en el spa. El servicio de la piscina de los meseros es casi nulo.

coffee capsules need to be replaced or the machine since it doesn' t cut the foil cover. Careful ,review your credit card charges , they charged me twice for the stay. check your account immediately. Pizza restaurant is great but 25 dollars US for a cocktail is way too exaggerated for Cali, Colombia

The experience was amazing I stayed for a few days with my husband, the staff was wonderful, the food outstanding and the amenities have room for improvement. The staff make you feel a 5 stars experience. I would love to go again

The hotel is well situated and is considered a historical site in the Cali culture. While it is well maintained, it is very evident that it has not been remodeled since the early 90s. The room and it’s bathroom felt dated. Also, keep in mind that they do not have transportation; thus, you have to arrange for taxis or private car service unlike other hotels in the area. This was a little uncomfortable considering we left the hotel before 5:00 am for an early flight departure. Despite these factors, everyone was very attentive, helpful and professional. Their breakfast is outstanding. They also have a great pool and park for small children, with convenient access to a Juan Valdez and a local bank.

This place is so run down. Pluming is old and constantly backed up. Showers don’t drain, toilets don’t flash. Furniture is old and looks awful! Staff- just rude. I will never consider staying there. It was my third time and it’s getting worse from a few years ago.

For my money, this would be the only place I'd stay in Cali. Best hotel I've stayed in in my life and I ain't young.
