The staff was exceptionally helpful in orienting us to the hotel and helping us find a restaurant that met our needs.

Massive room with comfy beds Overall a good stay. Didn’t use the pool So can’t comment. Atrocious eco-friendly ethos,lots of single use plastics for breakfast and no recycling facilities available whoch is super disappointing Would return

Our room was soo disgusting. If I didn’t have a wedding to get ready for promptly after checking in, I absolutely would have asked for another room. The floors look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, there was a big brown-ish stain on the shower floor and on the floor lamp, the room smelled like chemicals or something, etc. I have photos of everything. I can’t even believe it was $200+ for that nasty hotel room. I would never recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Great location and pool, close to a wonderful restaurant

Ez access from I95. Ten minutes drive from Old Saybrook with excellent dining. Large room and very comfy bed. We enjoyed the pool and patio.

It was hard to find the facility (but got use to it) and lobby but once that was found, it is a nice place and had nice people.

My husband and I loved the Quality Inn. The only problem was we could not get the shower to work.

The hotel is older and needs a bit of updating, but it was clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet even though it was close to the highway. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Easy check in, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. The pool was great for our family, and the breakfast was delicious. Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and toast options. Very convenient and close to 95.

Advertise that there is a resturaunt and bar. It’s only open Thur-Fri and from outside looks run down and unkept! The freezer was caked with frost and ice machines were not working on all floors. TV was small and with dish the channels were limited and fuzzy. I was very disappointed for my R and R night!

Garbage wasn't picked up in room or on floor areas. No soap in bathroom. Pool was cold too cold to use. Not the cleanest hotel.

I had a reaction to something either with the bed sheets or the pool water. My arms turned red and they itch like crazy. Tried to tell the front desk lady but she was very dismissal to me .she was rude and couldn't be bothered. Just gave me a card told me to call them.
