I didn’t have a good experience I got charged twice for valet parking service they added 50 dollars onto my room bill which I didn’t expect and then when we left the valet charged us again 50 dollars my friend ended up paying 373.09 which was added to the room 323.10 so we paid for it twice.

Best girls trip for baseball!!! Our ac dudnt work but honestly we didn't let it bother us. Had an amazing time. Staff was incredible. Will be making this an annual trip.

Pros: close to the arch; cons: old facilities, front desk staff not helpful, expensive parking, noisy throughout the nights (from the cars on the streets and the people next door. The worst Hilton experience ever, Not recommended,

Best location!

There should be a separate line for hotel guests to enter the rooftop bar. Temperature was hard to regulate in the room.

Everything was amazing , the staff the quality the food the PILLOWS ARE THE BEST😭 if u had to return I’d stay here again ! 10/10 don’t disappoint prices are very reasonable for the beautiful stay .

Convenient

Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.

Black mold found in room, disgusting roll away bed brought to our room. Never again!

Great time

Very nice place!

Check-in was rough. We arrived around 6 and they told us that the room wasn’t ready(I called ahead and let them know it would be a later check-in). After about an hour-hour and a half, they told us the room was ready. After reaching the room, it was far from what the pictures showed. The view was great, but the room was fairly outdated. I am fairly certain that my room got switched but can’t confirm. The three sixty rooftop was great, ballpark village across the street was fun as well. Probably won’t rent a room here again. Just expected to get what I paid for and what was advertised.

The price for parking is ridiculous and kept me to only staying one night instead of 3
