Didn’t have any problems while there. Staff was helpful and friendly. Decent area.

It was not a very pleasant experience, cleanliness at the parking facility due to some glass break was not cleaned. Bathroom wa with very old things which were fixed just by painting with the wall colors. Shower was not proper , breakfast is not good , cleanliness not maintained. Staff is good overall.

Superb location for commute around Maryland, good size rooms and tidy

The property was just average - didn’t seem super well maintained, but they did make efforts to keep it clean. The room was fine, but the AC unit kept making a loud clicking noise each time it came on and off. The breakfast was sub par compared to other hotels. The area didn’t offer much within walking distance. The pictures definitely made it seem fancier than it was. Overall it was just fine.

My sheets I’m sure weren’t changed as they were filled with crumbs. I slept in the other bed with my daughter. Nothing was vacuumed. Room was supposed to be smoke free and smelled of smoke so much that my daughter needed bed asthma meds upon arrival. Will never return.

Good not great.

This hotel is tired. As soon as we entered the lobby I could tell the pictures online were not recent. Everything is quite worn. As we entered our first room on night one, immeddietly grossed out. Awful smell of must carpet and furnishings covered in stains. Holes in the walls, smoke detector was literally brown. The bathroom looked like it had a case of caulk smeared everywhere in an attempt to seal it. Mattress increadily uncomfortable. Desk chair and sitting chair were both covered in paint and nail polish. We are clean people and it was difficult to not feel disgusting in this room. The next morning i went to the front, staff was understanding i will give them that. They did get us another room on the fourth floor which was slightly better. It looked as if it had been used much less. Smelled okay everything wasnt as beaten and stained and the beds were slightly more comfortable. BUT not only did the fridge and TV not work i was unable to unplud the fridge and it just made obnoxiously loud noises the rest of our stay. I had to get a replacement key card three times because i was unable to get into our room. Honestly nothing about this stay was enjoyable. I would not reccomend anybody stay there.

For the most part the room was clean. The first room I went to use the bathroom and closed the door. I was horrified when I went to leave the bathroom and couldn’t open the door. Thankfully I had my cell phone and called the front desk. The front desk person came quickly and after about ten minutes he was able to get the door open. I was moved to another room where there was a badly patched hole in the wall. And one of my washcloths had hair in it. It was too late so I just went to bed.

Overall an okay stay. Nothing spectacular or outstanding
