Hotel was mostly clean and room was nice. The main problem we had with this hotel was the strong smell of marijuana coming into our room late that evening and also the guests next door to us had a small dog (NOT a service animal) that barked ALL NIGHT. The website clearly states this is a smoke free and pet free hotel (with the exception of service animals), but did not implement this rule. The dog kept us up most of the night and also kept waking up my 1 year old with the barking. This was extremely frustrating and made our stay not very pleasant. Overall left this hotel feeling very frustrated for the price we paid for our stay

My only concern was that I left my pillow there after checking out. I called when I realized I forgot it. I was told the room cleaner said it wasn’t there. I asked if I could return and check myself and was told yes. When I got there and checked the room it was in fact there

Room was okay but had issues with sink clogging. No one picked up the phone at front desk. Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians. Coffee was way sub par! Not going back there.

Second time staying loved it

I stay here 2 to 3 times a year I like the rooms and the building. he only thing I would like to change is the pillows

Much better check-in this time! Food was a little cold in the morning at 6:55 am but improved overall. The bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to shut which is not good in the middle of the night (room 321). Otherwise, all was fine.

Travel was due to family emergency. Hotel was nice

The property is okay. Nothing special. The housekeeping knocks on the door at 8:30am and don’t come back if you turn them away. Also around 5am on the last day the fire alarm went off and there was no information on when it would turn off, it was very loud and extremely annoying.

The hotel was ok. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door that I thought should have been addressed. But overall the room was clean and welcoming. We were only there 1 night and had an early morning flight the next day at 6 a.m.The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Probably the biggest complaint would be the small bed pillows. We slept in a king size bed with pillows the size of throw pillows for a cheap couch. Not sure why there were not king size pillows on a king size bed. Pillows were not comfy and caused us to wake up a few times that night. I would have even been ok with regular size pillows. It's expensive to stay overnight in a hotel-it should at least be comfortable. Guests expect better; Do better!

There is always a problem when I stay here. THIS time it is 8 basic cable stations ONLY on the TV. The description here says PREMIUM CHANNELS. No. Ask the staff about it and they treat you like crap about it. At least THIS time my next-door neighbors didn't scream at each other ALL night long. It looks nice, but it is straight up GHETTO. I wouldn't bother doing a review but the property DOES NOTHING to solve problems, consistently.

After the 10 to 15 minute check-in time. The toilet wasn’t working properly we kept having to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. You could hear people in the hallway and outside.

Sink stopper in room 207 was missing. I reported to front desk & they said they would get one to me in the morning. Stopper never arrived. Breakfast was good.

The check-in person had no idea how to handle a pre-paid hotels.com reservation & it took calls and at least 1/2 hour to correct! It was easily the worst EVER. Free breakfast was terrible. Beds were fine! The room was about 85 degrees and had an odor when we arrived. Light in the bathroom didn’t work and room phone would not call out anywhere, expecting the front desk! I reported it and they did nothing about it. I’ve stayed here in the past 6 months more than a few times and it was better than this!

On the first day there was hair behind the toilet seat, in the bathroom sink and on some of the towels. On the second day, there was hair in the bathroom tub. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. Located in the lobby was a water dispenser with freshly cut lemons. Definitely a plus.
