The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It’s a very convenient location. Upon checking in the wait times were long. Only one person at desk with multiple people waiting most of the time. In which I had to wait multiple times because the card for the room deactivates itself constantly. Morning, night, afternoon the room key did not work. It’s needed for the elevator to go up so usually I knew it didn’t work before getting to my room. Very inconvenient. My safe didn’t work. The fridge did not cool. The tv had very few channels. Did not have a do not disturb sign for my door. Coffee maker with no coffee, cups, or anything. I guess it’s decoration. Showers were horrible. The water is at the temperature you set it at then is scorching hot, freezing cold, then normal and pattern repeats. It’s kind of funny now since my kids made a game out of it. The pool was supposed to be open the 17th then it was pushed to the 25th. The side doors in the lobby never worked. Staff was polite on every encounter I had. I really like the location but probably would not stay here again.

El hotel está súper céntrico, el personal amable, sentí que el hotel no estaba muy limpio, ya que había detalles como las cortinas que si se veían que les faltaba más limpieza. El personal muy amable.. en general bien.

Las instalaciones son viejas y no han sido renovadas no funciona a los aparadores y el clima es obsoleto, el personal no es muy atento y no hay agua para beber de manera accesible todo el tiempo se desprogramaron las tarjetas para el acceso y el elevador.

Su ubicación es excelente

El hotel estuvo bien. Pero deben considerar que si quieren descansar y hay algún evento afuera. El ruido no los dejará dormir. El aguaca que usan es muy colorada. Yo tengo dermatitis y me la activo por el exceso de cloro en el agua de la regadera y lavabo Hice la reservación por Expedia y en hotel solo me facturó lo que se le pagó. No me facturó lo que yo pagué a Expedia. Si planeas hacer un viaje de negocio no te quedes ahí o no reserves con Expedia por que la factura no te la darán completa

Personal servicial

O hotel corresponde exatamente às fotos anunciadas. O ambiente estava limpo, confortável e muito bem cuidado. A equipe foi extremamente receptiva, explicando todas as regras e funcionamento do local de forma clara. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo, pois fica próxima a uma estação de metrô, facilitando bastante o deslocamento pela cidade.

El aire acondicionado enfriaba muy poco

The hotel needs to invest a n remodeling the rooms. They have seen better years. The A/C in our room never blew cold air, it was only cool and not enough for Monterrey’s summer heat. The location is perfect though. Probably not staying again in the future.

El hotel tiene una gran ubicación, es muy grande y las habitaciones son antiguas, el aire acondicionado no está en las mejores condiciones, el personal del hotel son atentos y trabajan bien, pero el WiFi cuando hay mucha gente, es un tema ya que te dan códigos de acceso y tuvimos que esperar 2 horas por los códigos, lo cual no es ideal para un hotel de negocios, en las noches hace demasiado ruido.

The AC was not too good, the pool was always locked, and our sheets were dirty when we checked in. The staff was nice, but I don’t think I’d stay there again. Location is great though.

Buenísima ubicación a solo pasos de puntos excelentes para moverse (metro y bus) la habitación carece de amenidades como secadora de cabello y plancha de ropa también la puerta del baño no da nada de privacidad, tamaño de la habitación bien amplia
