It was what advertised. I was surprised that the 2 nights were at a different price but I had not read my reservation correctly so I am partially to blame. The parking lot security system was defective but I got a partial refund. All in all I would return for a stay if I came back to Kingston.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the beds were so comfortable too. Everything you really need is within walking distance

I was very impressed. I have been to kingston many times but never to this holiday inn. Staff were incredible. We love the robot that delivered our coffee!

The rooms were clean. The view of the lake was great. Some really good restaurants at a walking distance.

Very very Nice place and view of the river

The toilet ran for some time after one flush . I had to sort it myself. Which disrupted my sleep. The value for money wasn't there. I also paid for parking. Which was extra and not included as I thought it was. Will likely not stay there again.

Every year or so, we like to go to Kingston and Holiday Inn Waterfront has been the hotel of choice with many years. This time around we ask for a room with our little 12 lbs creature, a miniature pinsher and we reserve on the main level. We liked the location for the convenience but it does smell dog a bit. We had a great welcome, it looks like she enjoys of what she is doing and a few other at the desk except the Sunday morning one. We were surprise to find out they dont' do the room anymore unless we ask. We do not recommend the patio restaurant, terrible service. To follow

This location was perfect for the Island Queen 1000 Island Lunch Cruise.

The staff was friendly. The accomodations close to shopping, patio bars and restaurants.

Super propre, tres bonne localisation avec vue sur le fleuve.

Didn't like paying 23 bucks for something other hotels give out for free. Breakfest buffet.

Staff was excellent! Food was very good, patio on the water with bad playing was very nice. The staff and management really took great care of us. Dog friendly and treated our puppy very well. They provided blankets for us when it got chilly. Really great experience. Seemed more like the Ritz type of service. Well done!

Our room had a wonderful view to the lake. For most part clean. Needs a bit of an upgrade. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

We loved the location and the view. The staff was excellent Our waitresses were efficient and friendly. We just loved McKala and Layla. The other were great too.

Loved the corner unit with the great view of the harbour. We were able to store our bikes overnight. I would highly recommend due to the location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
