Great location. No concerns other than the shower being a bit anemic.

Location was perfect for anyone going to Byward market. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would return again.

Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE! Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.

The main floor is very noisy and your heating system is so loud anyway we stay there a lot I just won't stay on the main floor

Hôtel was very conveniently located, we have smaller children and were able to walk to Parliament and the Mint with no issue. Very close to Rideau Centre and many shops/ restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice that it had a shallow end/ side for our younger daughter.
