I booked this hotel because of the location, walking distance to most popular sites. It also turned out to be clean, modern well managed hotels. The room was big, clean, and nicely decorated. The lobby and sitting areas are comfortable and safe. The staff is wonderful.

Pros: Great hotel, very clean, bed and bedding are comfortable, good location, staff at the cafe/bar were very friendly, pool and gym are convenient, rooms are soundproof except for the outside noise Cons: Parking is not included 40$/night, our room was on level 2 directly on the street and could hear everything at night, a lot of homeless people in the area

Sound proofing isn't excellent. Bcos it is near Byward Market, there's noise and music from the street. And you can hear those from the room. TV internet wasnt working. Technician came in to check and said it is the whole floor affected. But wasnt recovered after 1st night stay

This hotel is the perfect location? Walking distance to all the major attractions. Right next to the byward market. And Pablo (I believe was his name at the front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate me for an early check in. Pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful room in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful and room was quiet. Would definitely return here for a longer stay to visit the area.

Great location near busy market. If you want quiet night then request inside rooms as rooms facing street get noise from bars and late drinking people. Overall great experience!

We had a blessed stay in the Hotel. Location was perfect for a short stay. All interested points are around and we could easily walk to all of the interested sightseeings. Parking was super smooth and w/o any issues. We felt save and the room was also nice and clean. We can fully recommend this hotel for a short stay in Ottawa.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Excellent location and right next to the Byward Market. There is a Starbucks very close by and lots of dining options in and around this place. The staff is excellent and we really had a enjoyable 2 night stay at the hotel. This was our repeat visit and will look forward to staying again at the same hotel the next time we visit Ottawa.
