This property must be in the wrong part of town. Three vagrants were sharing a bottle of whiskey in front of the door as we arrived. We spent about 10 minutes in the facility considering our next move. We did not see even one guest in the lobby, elevator, hallways, or dining room while we were there—the place appeared abandoned. We did not check in but went to another hotel instead. Expedia refused to refund our money. Avoid Expedia—they handled this problem terribly!!!

The staff here is fantastic. All were very nice. The room was not clean. Black around the bathmat is a total disgrace. I would not stay here again.

The room was comfortable but dated. The price was reasonable for a Sunday night. The area is a bit rough but better than the other chains closer by. Breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect

Room was kind of smelly. They gave parking exit ticket for 2 days however didn’t work at second checkout. Had to park back to see reception for new ticket. It was inconvenient. Not many instructions posted to get into hotel through parking. Thanks to 1 guest there who helped to get through.

The bed was very noisy/sqeaky. I couldn’t get access to the courtyard, it was locked and no access through my room. I had a dog and arrived late due to issues on the highway & no parking available except for in a mall parkade or alongside the building where there was a lot of homeless people staying. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful, just not an ideal area or location for myself and a dog.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great. The only issue was parking, it is not connected to the hotel and it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the radisson almost every month and it’s always good

Stayed for a baseball tournament on the long weekend and we got a great price. The breakfast was nickel and the atmosphere was great. The pool is big and there is a mall connecting to the property.
