My stay was great the staff was awesome the only part I didn’t like there wasn’t an area, to smoke , I ended up smoking my cigar in the hot sun .. Maybe a few patio area would be nice..

The Breakfast was good! Room was nice clean and the pool was great!

Overall it was a good location for where we needed to go. Very near to the Superdome!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful

The location, staff and overall stay was very good. I did not like that there are no longer drink and snack machines available.

Check in took a little long. Elevator was out at check in but was fixed soon after.

The hotel is nice clean and in a good location walking distance to restaurants bourbon street and river walk the hotel is up to date and staff is friendly

Overall the hotel is in a decent proximity to many venues that you want to explore in Nola. Issue is the cleanliness to the room. We ended up cleaning our tub once we got in the room because there was hair in the tub. Also, the people in the room across from us was so loud that we thought they were in our room with us which the hotel can't determine that guest will be loud or not but that made it hard to sleep on one of our nights.

The hotel ran out of king bed rooms, but instead of honoring the price and moving us to a different room - because I had prepaid through hotels.com - they had us contact hotels.com to get a refund then to book a new room at a higher price directly with them. We weren't the only people that had to deal with this, though they may not have used hotels.com specifically to book. 2 other groups that came in behind us were told the same thing - that they didn't have the room they booked and the guest had to deal with it because they booked 3rd party. Also half way through the stay the elevators broke and the security guard either had to act as an elevator operator or escort you up the locked-from-the-outside stairs and unlock them for you. They were still broken the next morning so the only way down from the 14th floor was to walk down the stairs. As young people in decent health that's ultimately fine - but 14 flights is a long way for someone with limited mobility or with kids, so keep that in mind. The staff was all very nice, but the building and management clearly have issues.
