We had a very good time. The main area lacking was housekeeping. Alot of dust in the room, gave us 2 conditioners and no shampoo and ehen I requested the shampoo we never got it. We had a suite that was listed as rooming 6 people and they only gave us 4 towels. When we reminded them we had 6 people, they were quick to bring us more towels. However,

The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast staff in the restaurant in particular. We were staying at the hotel for a tournament and they were very quick and efficient with breakfast. The rooms were very nice and very clean. I will definitely stay there again

Nice place with lot of things to do on the property, camp fire, pool, chess , basketball court, etc plus an amazing view over the lake george

We've stayed here the ladt two years. The property us clean, quiet, and offers a lot of amenities.

This Holiday Inn was amazing. It had such a family friendly set up with the pool, basketball court, putting green, people sized chess set and a splash pad for the little ones. All overlooking beautiful Lake George. It also had a sweet indoor pool on the days that it wasn’t so nice. They also offer a very nice restaurant that we enjoyed both nights that we were there. I was very impressed. I would stay there again.

Nice view of the lake, but this was a mediocre hotel at best. I expected more from an IHG property.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort. The staff was attentive, the grounds beautiful, everything was clean and we missed nothing. The food was excellent at TR‘s. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved every single thing about this hotel!!! From the outside pool playing Disney movies for the kids to the human size chess game to the inside pool with a gorgeous hot tub set outside ! Everything was just perfect ! We'll definitely be back!!

Great place to stay with the family or for a nice romantic get away.

the staff are really attentive, they go out their way. The breakfast buffer was real nice, quiet, a good selection of options, they don't charge for kids 10 and under, perfect for our budget and the staff were really gracious even though our kids made a mess and were running around the dining tables. The pool was great and warm, and overall I give this hotel a wonderful rating.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! Every staff member was polite, cheerful and helpful. The Managers reception at the pool was lovely. We really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant, TR's, which was made perfect by our server, Tammy

This is a wonderful spot for families, offering a wide range of amenities and a convenient location just five minutes from Million Dollar Beach and other local attractions. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!
