Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer wirklich gut ausgestattet und sauber. Frühstück ebenfalls reichhaltig und gut. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

This is a good property, it’s very well situated to visit the main sights of cologne. The hotel condition and amenities are good, but a few things bring down the rating. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Basically, my room was never cleaned during my 2 night stay. The staff, with the exception of the lady who helped me check out, lack friendliness. They were not rude or anything, just very brief in their communication without any warmth or hospitality. These are areas they should work on. Overall this is a perfectly adequate hotel for a few days in cologne.

Vom Checkin bis zur Schlüsselkarte am Handy oder dem streamen von eigenen hinhalten ist alles super modern, auch wenn noch nicht alles super klappt. Es gibt hier aber einen hohen Anspruch etwas anders zu machen und das sieht man schon bevor man das Haus betritt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Definately a recommended place to stay. Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and professional. The hotel is clean with great facilities. Its location is brilliant for getting around Cologne. Onsite secure parking as well. Great stay.

Great team very friendly and property well located! Rooms are quite spacious and ideal for a short stay!

Ester, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, kind, and also very pretty. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the chocolate museum. It's a wonderful place to stay with easy access to everything. Highly recommend booking this hotel!

Gutes Mittelklassehotel, sehr gut gelegen.

Friendly staff and a well maintained hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were on par with expectations with the exception of tea making facilities as listed on Expedia - there was a coffee pod machine but no tea bags or a spoon for stirring in sugar. Also the breakfast buffet was expensive at $27 Euro - I only want some cereal and toast so was not prepared to pay that. The hotel staff was helpful if approached but not readily available otherwise. I have never been asked to pay a fee for luggage storage so was surprised there was a charge for this even though I didn’t need to use the service on this visit. I booked this hotel as it mentioned daily room housekeeping but was not aware until I left that this was something only done if you make a special request. This hotel seemed to be transitioning to an online service portal for checkin and all other services and I got the feeling that the staff were not all that comfortable with the system yet. Overall, a good clean hotel in a great location.

Hissen fungerade ej utan förklaring och AC fungerade ej så det var varmt på rummet så man fick ha öppet fönster men då hörde man trafiken. Rummet trångt med badrum i sovrummet. Kommer ej att åka hit igen.

Hotel bien. Mais les murs sont en papiers. Ont entend parler les voisins de chambres. C'est tres désagréables. La piscines est plus la pour dire qu'il y a une piscine. Car pas super agreable. Pas de transat pas de place pour se poser au bord. Sino. L'emplacement est top.

Happy with the cleanliness of your hotel. Nice location by the river. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area. Not too far from the city centre/cathedral, only 10 minutes.
