We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. We also loved the close proximity to a variety of places, including access to the metro.

Very accommodating with my dog, service at restaurant was very good, pleasant staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and hotel itself was clean, the staff was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was superb. My whole experience here was seamless and pleasant. I will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

Good: room was clean and had everything I needed as a business traveler. Shirley at the front desk was very customer service oriented and helped me with my bags. Arely got me a large cab for my luggage (I'm moving to DC so had more than a few) and answered my questions in a professional and friendly demeanor. Jaydeep from the sales department even helped me get my bags in the cab which was above and beyond! Hotel is right across from Metro and in a clean, safe, Alexandria neighborhood. Bad: I prepaid for my stay with a cc and used a debit card for the required $150 "incidentals" charge. Unfortunately, my card was charged an additional $180 in various charges and fees. The manager assures me they were reversed, but I still haven't seen the $ in my bank account.

Convenient location, off main roads, many food options nearby, clean. Hotel rooms and hallways need updating. Lobby nice. No pool.
