Amazing service

This establishment charges its guests for parking, for that reason alone I can’t give it a good rating. Your guests are already paying a hefty nightly rate, parking should be free.

Everything was amazing!

Shopping, dining, mall were no more than 15-20 minutes away

I loved everything about this hotel from the staff to the service and the many amenities it had to offer. Chefs kiss it was perfect

The hotel was nice and pretty

Close to downtown and airport area. The shuttle did not run as it was supposed to. We were told that we would have a shuttle leaving at 2:40 AM. We made sure to be down in the lobby area at that time. The shuttle driver explained to me he was the only driver and we would not be leaving until 3 AM. He said that he was the only shuttle driver and that he was on break. I did not appreciate this because I had asked the previous night if a shuttle would be available to us and we ended up having to catch an Uber back to the airport.

Air conditioner very noisy in the room

This place is very clean and sleek. My wife really appreciated the complimentary champagne. Will be staying here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location near the airport. The staff provided excellent customer service, the hotel restaurant had excellent food. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shuttle service to the airport.
