The hotel could use some updating a refreshing the popcorn ceiling was peeling and looks a little stain and faded in the bathroom's kitchen floor as it turned to dust in my bathroom lihas a little mold on it.

The property had one bathroom for the beachfront, the pool and poolside bar, and it was upstairs and through the bar up there into the middle of the first floor.

Music level too late/high due to loud music at Sat.night wedding below our room. Another room away from the party just below us would have been a simple solution. Burn hole found when we arrived in only uncomfortable furniture available to use other than desk chair. Stain in carpet. Toilet cover loose, toilet seat loose and cover on back of toilet was ill fitting. Pool hours too restricted. Good breakfast was appreciated. With so many other stay options, this HIE needs to up their game.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very nice and accommodating.

All of the staff were extremely friendly from the checkin desk to the cleaning staff. They need to update their listing. I reserved a one bedroom suite and what I received was not that. The bedroom and the sitting area had no separation. It was very inconvenient as we were traveling with small children.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel was definitely great hotel ,do think bed lil high for kids but everything was absolutely great.

Very convenient to the Beltway and City.

La verdad no me agradó mi estadía, puesto que en la habitación el aire no funcionaba y no había agua caliente en el baño. El servicio de housekeeping tocó 1 hora antes de la hora de salida.

I did not like the fact that even though check-in time is posted as 3:00 pm, my room was not ready until 3:40 pm.

Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast options were good.

Property was clean and staff was friendly and customer service oriented.

Though the service was amazing, the rooms were rundown and were not very clean. There was no water pressure and the toilet was constantly running. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels and this was not up to their standards.
