arrived to find that the systems were down for the entire hotel but offered free cancellations. I was charged for both rooms and still trying to get refunds and had to pay another hotel to have somewhere to stay.

Our stay was good! Our room was clean and staff were very friendly. There was only an issue with my check in but it was resolved quickly and we got the room we had booked. We ate at a local brewery and had a room facing the river. We stayed on the top floor and there were some noisy pipes clanging i am assuming was from the AC unit. But other than that it was worth the price we paid. Will stay again.

Older hotel on the river. Somewhat isolated from other hotels. Nice patio area facing the river. Staff was nice. Average, overall. Would return.

Was right next to US131 and not far from Van Andel

Liked the pool. For the price could have thrown in something for breakfast. Great location. Near some great fun places to eat. Enjoyed the view of River. Room was ok. Clean enough.

WiFi was down at check in and when we returned in the evening after a concert we found out they sold our room to someone else even though we booked a month in advance! There was a lobby full of people who were without rooms due to staff giving rooms away while we were all at a concert. The staff was rude and offered no solutions. It’s been a week and I’ve called every day for a refund and management will not return my calls or

There were a lot of people sneaking in, Marijuana, several univited guests using pool. Super crowded pool and inappropriate behavior. Maybe we just caught this hotel on rough night. I felt unsafe having my kids here.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was great but the hotel itself was ran down and not very clean. It didn’t offer any kind of breakfast, the outside furniture didn't have any cushions and the pool was dirty. They had to move us to a different room because our toilet leaked which was fine but the new room’s windows were so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view. You could tell at one time this was a very nice hotel; it’s a shame to see it this ran down.

Friendliest front desk,housekeeping needs much improvements. Dust bunnies on wall above bed,and other areas. Do better

An older property, has been tidied up here and there. Low end caliber on the Radisson scale, but more than adequate for a night or two. Quiet, safe, good bed and A/C. Large TV. Really all you need for a comfortable stay.

We never got our room. We went there to stay for a concert. When we walked in there were 10 people waiting to check in. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally told us that their system has been down for hours and don’t know which rooms are available and not available. After the front desk got off the phone with comcast they said it would be back up at 7:30pm. So we left for the concert and came back at midnight we left a family go in front of use to check in because of the little kids. Once we got up we were told there was no more rooms available besides one that has been closed for months. After waiting so long for a room we decided to go ahead and make the drive home.

Internet was down on June 13, 2025 so they could not check me it at 4:15 pm. I came back after concert at 11:15, same problem. They said they would issue refund, but have not. Tried calling Saturday and today, but nobody cared to answer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Radisson

We were not able to check in because the internet was down. We decided to cancel our stay.

When we got there around 7:30 pm on Friday, 6/13, the hotel itself seemed pretty nice, the staff seemed very friendly, but they had a sign out front saying delay check in because they had no internet. They actually still checked us in by looking at our booking confirmation on my phone, and selecting a room based off that and wrote out name, and room number on a sheet of paper. When we went to go to our room which happened to be on the 5th floor, the elevators sounded like they were going to breakdown, but it still seemed nice, the room was clean etc. We brought a small bag cooler with some drinks for while we are in the room since we were there from Friday - Sunday but the frig did not work at all and during the night there was a lamp that kept flashing out of no where like it was taking photos of us. Saturday morning, I went down to the front desk to let them know about the lamp and frig. The lady said their internet is down and she wrote my name, phone number and room number. Said people was checking out and she can move us rooms once a room id cleaned and would call us once it was cleaned. Needless to say we never got a call, and she asked us to unplug the lamp and put it in the hall for cleaning. That evening, I went down to grab something COLD to drink from their little store and lets just say the lobby was packed with people trying to check in, there was NO one to be found and their camera for the store was pointing to the ceiling. upon check out system still down.
