We had no hot water 2 of our 3 day stay. We asked for more towels (since there is no housekeeping) we were told they’d be brought to the room.. never happened. The refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg. A very loud constant hum. The sink and bathtub had a constant high pressured drip. The mattress was comfortable though. The room was extremely outdated and is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Dirty, unsafe area, no hot water 2 days? Alcohol in the pool area, not enough towels, broken bed, breakfast ran out, door handle broken, bathroom filthy and door was semi-transparent from a shoddy paint job , water damage in dining area, disorganized staff, trash in room upon arrival , room did not match Expedia description, poor value for the $$

room wasn't clean behind or under furniture, old dresser, coffee maker filter tray wasn't available, toilet bowl was to small for grown up adults, need hi-rise bowl , bathtub was dirty and water dripping, no hotwater to shower. not enough washcloth and handtowels. The last and first to stay there. Only one way entrance and exit. Was over charge twice.

Incredibly dirty. Couch and sitting bench have greases that can not be cleaned. Shower doesn’t work, only has tepid water. The front desk blame everything to Expedia- I booked a two bed suites. They told me it is actually no available bc Expedia overbooked their rooms, and refused to refund me. When I was there, I saw the manager told a customer that she has to throw him out bc she can not take his xxxty attitude. But the guy was actually quite reasonable, given their room has a window that can not fully close( so did mine). Be aware of this place.

Horrible iv stayed here before and i was able to pay with card and half cash and the lady who is arabin was unprofessional and rude andnhorrible customer service and then the lady and the other girls with colored hair was talking loud in the back just very unprofessional will never go back to that location again

When we arrived there were several unhappy people out front the property that wished they rented elsewhere for their trip. We were told the deposit was $50 they charged $100 and i have yet to get that back. It has been about a month. My spouse was told "tell your wife to read my sign if she choses to come back in" this sign consisted of info about a quiet & safe property. Im not a Karen..i just dont like being lied to & mis-treated.The facilities are very nice, the free breakfast was adequate, our room floor was dirty, sliding glass doors didn't open, and there were unrepaired bullet holes on two walls in our room. We made the best of it..but have definitely stayed in better places.

None of the lights worked all the bulbs were burned out. There was cockroaches crawling everywhere even in my bags. I had to check them before I left just to make sure there was no stow aways.

No hot water to wash in the morning.

The lady at the front desk wasn't the friendliest and the beds weren't great but the breakfast and pool made up for it.

Bed bugs

There was lots of trash on the sides and back of the building. The hallways needed painting. The first room we got was dirty and the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t close right and it smelled bad. The second room they gave us the plumbing was bad and we couldn’t flush the toilet and the tub was disgusting. Needless to say we were booked for 3 nights and stayed 1, only because we were tired and the beds were clean and comfortable.

It’s comfortable to stay, breakfast is included. I just wish the jets and the whirlpool worked to fully enjoy the stay. Overall, it’s close by areas that we wanted to go.

There are some items that are not working properly, like the fridge in the room. Ice dispensers, or many machines in the fitness room.

Wall had holes chairs were broken shower made noise trimming was falling apart Unfortunately we got there to late to go somewhere else so we pushed through the first night and ofc we were woken up at 7 am to construction in the next room it sounded like they were drilling on the wall so everyone including my 1 year old was woken up ! And we tried to fight for a refund for the second night but they didn’t give in

Staff was helpful. The dining was not open b cause Chef didn’t show up. After traveling all day we were ready to unwind, have a drink and some food . We had to get back in the car to find food. It was very frustrating. We sat down to eat breakfast and they started cleaning up breakfast before we could even start eating.

Lots of homeless people around, building not secure, trash everywhere, smell of fabuloso and cigarette smoke. Holes in the walls, a/c coming off the wall, etc. didn’t stay and found other accommodations.
