Stay was perfect for college orientation for my daughter.

Very busy hotel.

Hotel was busy with soccer kids but it did not negativity impact operations. The lobby bar and restaurant wait times were minimal. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable (pillows were too soft for me though). Housekeeping was great.

Very clean. Hotel is very big, but pool cannot accommodate the size of hotel. Need a bigger pool. Laundry was broken. We were there with thousands of others for soccer, and no working laundry

My check in experience was terrible because of Expedia had not sent the virtual card to the hotel for my payment. This payment was taken out of my account weeks prior to my reservation. Need to be contacted by Expedia

Hotel is nice. Food is good, but do not leave anything behind. Housekeeping will give you the run around, they promise you someone will call you back, and no one returns the call. You have to keep calling to remind them your are waiting for assistance, only to be told again someone will call you... 5 days had past since my stay, and no one returned any of my calls, as I write this review I still wait.

Elevator situation, smh

I was told at check in that breakfast was included. I was just informed that it’s not,and the hotel has a bunch of new employees,giving misinformation. Guest service then transferred me to front desk manager to help with this issue. Went to messages,that were full ,and couldn’t leave a message or talk to anyone for assistance.

This hotel was remarkable upon our arrival on Friday. The bellhop made sure we were settled in our room and even parked our car for us! With us being mobility challenged, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

It’s a wonderful hotel and our second time staying here. The rooms are large and quiet and clean. We had a minor problem and they came to fix it asap. My only complaint is that the Joesph’s restaurant is just a buffet and no bar. Last year we had fancy dinners and a drink. The food is still very tasty and the space has a wonderful atmosphere. Skylight cafe is terrific for breakfast and dinner as well.but it’s a fixed menu. Even though located next to the bar, they have a limited adult beverage menu. After dinner you stop at the bar.

Everything was clean, fresh and cool!

Really enjoyed our staycation. Property was really clean comfortable. There were a lot of children in the pool this particular weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy that but overall great stay.

Staff was amazing

Had a good time during our stay. Wish you had more restaurants to cater the needs of your customers.

Parking was terrible. Shower didn't drain. Room was hot. Restaurant stopped serving food become they were overwhelmed.

Overall property was nice. Very crowded. Service was slow
