Standard room. I guess I expected a bit more from Holidays Inn. Only 1 thread mill in the fitness room works, with rest of the machines broke

It was great hospitality

It was under construction, oddly breakfast was an extra charge too.

Great staff!

Staff was excellent. Bed made me itchy so I had to lay towels down over the comforter to not be uncomfortable.

They are clean and at your service when needed.

Lamp table lights and outlets not working and it’s nasty behind the table when looking for an outlet the tub drain is broken and have to ask for toilet papers

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a great stay. Very clean, staff beyond courteous, breakfast items were good. The only issue I saw was the lock on our room door wouldnt lock all the way. We tried pushing and pulling but the lock still wouldn’t go all the way in the hole. But we made it work. I brought portable stand in lock from home (I’m paranoid and bring it to every hotel). But I still felt safe. I would come back

Very central to restaurants and shopping.

„Normales“ Holiday Inn, mit der wohl faulsten Mitarbeiterin in den USA. Versteckt sich in einer dunklen Ecke, tippt unentwegt auf dem Handy rum und erzählt dann, dass man ihr schon die 2 Biergläser zurückbringen muss, da es keine weiteren Gläser gibt. (Wir waren 2 Biertrinker) Die neuen Biere gab es dann in die ungespülten Gläser. Unfassbar.

Honestly speaking you stay at a Motel 6 and recieve better service than provided at this location wake up early in the morning due to drilling noise as they currently doing construction pay for breakfast can’t eat it don’t cater to people don’t consume pork eggs poorly cooked still had liquid running in it hotel tells you they will clean on 3rd day of hotel stay however they never clean the room throughout my entire 5 day stay complaint to manager Sean Baba who said he would follow up never heard from him worst hotel stay ever wouldn’t recommend any stay at this location

The location and cleanliness

Staff was great. There was a weird smell coming form the AC unit whenever the fan turned on. It was noisy as I could hear guests in the adjacent room and the remodel construction started early and was very loud.

Lots of red flags: 1. The hotel is very old. 2. We were given assisted room whicb we did not request and we had no mention of it while checking in. 3. The lifts were full of dust. 4.

Very nice stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location which made it easy to commute as needed. Plenty of shopping and food nearby. Hotel is going under some renovations, but nothing so big as to make our stay uncomfortable.
