On a college visit, great hotel location, everything was within walking distance. The hotel was extremely clean and all the staff members were very friendly welcoming, especially Mr. Martin and Cain. Great experience.

I’ve never had to pay for parking at a hotel! Very expensive!

Absolutely loved it here. The staff were great even when the system when down at check-in. Location to downtown is safe and ideal, and the free shuttle is a definite perk for what you are paying. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and worked great with us to get into a friend's room early to surprise them for their birthday. The staff even gave birthday drinks!

Front desk asked if i was celebrating anything. I said my birthday. Not sure why since nothing was done Cleaning: all towels were not picked up. Trash still on floor. Didn't use new sheets. Didn't clean the toilet. When checking out i was charged for breakfast thst i had breakfast tickets for. Unsure how it was even assumed it was our room since i didn't sign anything. It was taken off

Service in desk was poor to said the least, bathroom was terrible!! Smell horrible

It was a hospital stay. So glad to hear that you give discounts to patients. Had i known that i would have booked directly through yall. Next time i know. And also military as well. So thank you so much for both.

Hospitality at its best! We got to the hotel much earlier than the check in time. The staff accommodated that we were able to check in earlier. There is a delicious restaurant in the premises. They were kind and professional and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything was amazingly. We had a perfect view of the park and Parthenon. Food at the hotel was good, food nearby was great. Easy to access shuttle to a large area around. Definitely recommend and will be back.

When I booked this hotel I was looking for a reasonable price hotel with a good location and clean. This hotel exceeded so far pass my expectations. With the wonderful friendly staff. I mean the whole staff everyday from check in to check out and in between was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we was enjoying our stay and seemed happy to be working. The shuttle service was also awesome with hreat drivers. I really can't think of one bad thing to say about this hotel. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!
