Relaxing wonderful stay! Charming, well maintained. Unique shape and round revolving dinig!

Once a historical icon, now a convenient landmark. Super comfy bed. Staff is always polite. Some technical glitches occur from time to time (this not being my first visit here), but overall, the downtown convenience is tough to beat.

This used to be a nice hotel in a great location, but unfortunately, its glory days are long over. The hotel is visibly run down, furniture is banged up, walls and doors are chipped, bathrooms are stained and cannot be kept clean anymore from old age, heat/ac is noisy and works on and off, breakfast is terrible… the list goes on. My stay was too uncomfortable to repeat, at least until this property undergoes significant maintenance. I can no longer recommend this hotel.

Rooms were dark. No mini fridge. Ice maker is on certain floors not all. Rooms have a weird smell to them. Older building

I am a bit disappointed this time. I always stay in this hotel when in Edmonton. Same room with the same benefits. The hotel offers a room with breakfast included but I was charged for breakfast during checkout this time.

The staff made this hotel really stand out and shine. They are the most warm, accommodating and helpful staff you could ever meet and they made the stay extra memorable. From the gentleman who greeted me and my mom at the door, to the young gentleman who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, to the restaurant staff who made the awesome meal even more special. I was really impressed. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing people running the show. The hotel is old but well-maintained and clean. Parking can be a bit tricky with the tight spiral and limited space but still ok given the location. Overall, highly recommended.

Hotel is a little dated in spots, but everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Et ældre hotel som står mere slidt og mørkt end hvad billederne viser. Generelt står hotellet som da det åbnede i 60erne. Men der er god rengøring og effektiv air condition. Og så er udsigten fra værelserne et kæmpe plus! Rengøring kommer hver 3. dag mm. man beder om andet. Og vi måtte også bede om flere håndklæder, da de også havde lagt et begrænset antal frem (2 på værelset). Vi besøgte også deres La Ronde restaurant som har sublim udsigt. Dog trænger restauranten også til en update, da den også står som i 60erne.

Great location and helpful staff, room was nice, comfy bed. Hotel is showing it's age and needs a refresh, especially the bathroom in the rooms. Loved the Laronde revolving restaurant, view is wonderful!

Front desk staff & valet parking were super helpful, I drive a lifted truck & they made sure that we were well take care of the entire time. Rooms were typical, beds were decent. Will stay again!
