The room and hotel was great for what we needed.

We came in and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I payed for the extra charge of the concierge room because it had a continental breakfast added on, but the continental breakfast was only bread and some basic fruits like apples and oranges. Very poor breakfast. Our room didn't get touched by cleaning staff once during our stay so we had to go down to the front desk and get towels ourselves. Then at checkout we noticed extra charges on our credit card. Overall not a great stay for us. Will not be staying here again.

Hotel was close to venue, walkable to many attractions. Staff as always was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Was not told parking would.cisr extra. And 22 for the buffet ehich was average at best too expensive

Absolutely horrible experience! We had the 'expedia suite'.. No fridge, no bed blanket, no room service, no daily linen refresh. Well never stay there again!

The heater was not working got me sick

The hotel is dated. bathroom old probably from the 70s. Main entrance wasn't working. the main slabs in entrance very slippery. poor selection for our harsh winters. The breakfast extremely basic. Look poor and not standing for what le Chateau should be.

Light breakfast options were available on the concierge floor, but selection was limited—no bacon or eggs were offered. Also, be sure to request housekeeping service from the front desk if you’re heading out for the day, especially during a longer stay, as rooms may not be cleaned unless it’s arranged in advance.

Everything was great, double beds seem a bit small but other than that the room and stay was excellent.

Very kind and attentive staff. For a very old property, it has been kept up very well and still exudes luxury.

Bar and restaurant were fine. Rooms were somewhat dated and the hotel is definitely being used. We booked a junior suite and we were finally checked into the correct room the third time.

The air conditioning and the vantilator make a very loud noise at night when you sleep, room facing to the door of the elevator has to face the people coming in and out, you could not expect a very peaceful night, especially when there is an NHL match.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. The only thing that could have improved my stay was so where to plug myUSB from my phone into.
