Perfect location, staff super nice

Clean room with a beautiful view. Staff was so nice. Definitely will be back.

Our stay was very pleasant. Lovely staff, decent restaurant, very good breakfast.

No heat during wintertime. Excuse was new heat pumps. Sorry. They don’t operate well at these temps.

Fine place for a one night stay

Does what you need to stay a night in the city. A bit pricier than it needs to be.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and it was within a short walk to the Coliseum for a concert we were going to. I highly recommend this hotel!

While my stay at the Four Points was brief, it was a very pleasant experience notable for the excellent service by the friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to help me resolve any issues, and were extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The room was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. The art gallery in the lobby was a nice touch. My only complaint with the room was the lack of any traditional wifi, but I could've missed something. The 24/7 Airport shuttle came in VERY handy. While I didn't get to try it myself, my friends very much enjoyed the breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here! I wish I could've stayed longer.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the inside pool was unheated. My kids had been talking about swimming for the entire 3 hour car ride to this hotel, so we took a very cold swim which wasn't ideal. Several other families came to the pool and were also disappointed. It was like ice water!

This has became a favorite place to stay for me and my children! We have stayed several times and we enjoy this hotel! It's clean, comfortable and quiet!

Didn't like parking

Convenient, clean room and friendly service

I took my son to Charleston on the train. We stayed at this hotel that was across the river from the train station. The shuttle picked us up. The staff were very friendly and accomotating! They gave us a river view room. We swam in the pool. The downtown location was very convenient. The shuttle took us around town to the museum and ballpark. The restaurant's food was good and came out quick. I will definitely stay again when in Charleston.

Great location. Was very noisy with doors slamming what felt like every minute of the day. Was fine for a quick stay though.

The Hotels.com cleared indicated an onsite EV charger and there was none. This created a big problem for my quick visit to Charleston, WV. The city as whole does not have significant EV infrastructure, not being able to charge overnight at the hotel. Created an undue hardship!!

Very professional and helpful staff

Stayed 3 nights but no replenish of towels, or coffee supplies in room. Was I supposed to ask for this? Chair in room stained. Iron was nasty. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Just need more consistency.
