Staff was great beutifull restaurant views

The place kinda looked out of date on the outside but when we went in, it was a totally different look. Everything was very nice and up to date. We really liked it because we rode our E-Bikes everywhere. I would definitely recommend staying here for not only the location, but the price compared to everywhere else in Aspen.

Overall 5 star. Staff just one needs instruction on attentiveness. Drivers excellent. Most staff super accomodating. Work out facility just okay- I'm thinking non-resort people use it too. Food was tops. Atmoshere overlooking mountians and meadows leaves great memory

That was my third time at Aspen Meadows over a 8-year period - while the first two stays were enjoyable, this time was terrible - waited 45 min to be pick up from the airport , the check in process was terrible with incompetent staff , the room was outdated with AC thermostat not working , lock of door to outside patio broken, mediocre food etc etc -

Unbelievable! Secluded, yet reasonable distance to attractions.This is a property with fabulous amenities, rich in tradition and history. Nothing was missed in planning this resort.

Aspen Meadows is an excellent option for staying in Aspen. It’s about 1.5 miles from town, but they 2x/hour shuttles. Much less expensive than comparable properties in town, and the grounds and views are beautiful.

We had a wonderful time . Amazing experience. Definitely would like to go back

Do not stay at this resort, it doesnt have its operations together and might just ruin your ski vacation because of it. It's not like Expedia is some new website. We got stuck last night in town and the only room available was booked and prepaid on expedia. I was delayed so my 18 yr old son had to check in and the hotel they simply wiped out his checking account by charging thousands on his debit card even though he provided them the Expedia confirmation number that clearly showed the room prepaid. When I spoke to them today they said it was a mistake and nothing they can do as he just has to wait for the banks to refund it. It's little things like this that make this a 2 star hotel at best. An operations mistake like this rippled into my son not having enough funds to get a lift ticket to ski and the money is still not back into his account.

I loved staying at the Meadows; Lucille helped my daughter print her HW due to a canceled flight. Our kids had a fantastic time at New Year's day brunch! The entire front desk team is outstanding.

Excelente servicio , todo el personal muy pendiente de atender nuestras necesidades y solicitudes en todo momento. Solo como observación que la carta del restaurante sea un poco más variada y amplia.
