バスタブにゴミが詰まっていてシャワーが流れなかった。 コーヒーマシンも壊れていて、メモを置いて部屋を出ましたが5日間ずっと直してくれなかった。 栓抜きを頼んでも、持って行きますと言っていたのに結局持ってきてくれなかった。

The cleaning lady stole my jewelry, I contacted the hotel customer service they gave me a case number and just said they were going to check the camaras and that was their response.

Booked a room with view, got a room in 4th floor, the windows had some big lights shinning up and a lot of dirt, so basically you look out to bright dirt as a view. Other than that the place is very nice. I been to this hotel twice before with out any issues

La habitacion esta excelente, el servicio de primera solo algunos detalles como : ajuste de las chapas de la recamara y el baño, el AC hacia mucho ruido, una tarde completa no hubo servicio de television con cable y las alfombras aunque estan limpia ya esta deterioradas, Gracias

Everything was very good

The room was pretty low end. The door wasnt correctly sealed, you could see the ceiling light from the hallway so every single sound made its way into the room. They didnt like to restock the soap so don't wash your hands too much. The air was either freezing or just blew warm air, no matter what the set temperature. And one random morning there was no hot water for a shower.

La habitación tiene baño extremadamente pequeño. La alfombra esta muy sucia y tenía dos chicles pegados. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Tuvimos una mala experiencia al querer ver el juego final de Beisbol con mi hijo, no nos dejaron estar en el bar. Lo que más nos preocupo es que hay CERO seguridad, cualquiera puede subir a los pisos de las recamaras sin tarjeta. De hecho nos toco una mujer preguntando a partir de que pisos están las habitaciones, claramente no iba a algo particular. Para estar con familia fue muy preocupante esta situación. Lo único bueno es que nos dejaron hacer Late Check out, pero fuera de eso no recomendaríamos la habitación
